He blessed me by giving up his own profit to advise me how to use the terminal parking which made a complete difference for me because nobody wants to come out that time of night and he also advised me how to use the proper one because I have early onset Alzheimer's and I probably would've been able to find my car in the long-term policy so he told me to use the short term since I'm only going to be gone for eight days. Overall my experience with this taxi service was absolutely horrible. We called them for a ride and…read morethey never showed. When we received a call that the taxi was outside we called the woman back to let her know the taxi was no where in sight. She told me the taxi had waited for a total of 8 minutes. The funny thing is, we called to ask where our cab was 2 minutes after we received the call that the cab had arrived. The woman on the phone was very rude and after I told her how disappointed I was with their service she told me to never call again. We ended up walking home while it was -1 degrees outside. I would NEVER recommend their service!
