They were very safe and only allowing 1 person in at a time which gave a very personalized experience. The associate on duty, I didn't catch her name, was extremely upbeat and professional. Generally, designers run very small and the XL I'm happy to report XL fits a size 22 top! So I picked up a few shirts and a sweater. They shipped one of the shirts free to my office they didn't have in stock. I also got some earrings from a LA designer that I absolutely love. I will be back and I'm a huge fan. I hope they will think about continuing their size options and maybe having a different promo gift besides a purse strap for people who don't have a purse yet! :)

Recently my husband bought me a Vacances toiletry bag from Clare V as a Christmas gift. I finally got it out to use for an upcoming trip and noticed an issue with the stitching coming apart in the middle zipper pocket. I reached out to Clare V. customer service and Brianne replied that they needed proof of purchase before they would repair the item. I explained it was a gift and since it had been a few months my husband no longer had receipt or email confirmation. She said that was policy and that they could not service the item without proof of purchase. The item still has tags attached. I am extremely dissatisfied with the response from customer service considering the item was never used and is brand new yet they refuse to repair it. I will no longer be a customer at Clare V. due to the poor customer service and lack of appreciation for repeat customers!
