My nails looked identical to the reference photo which has never been my experience at other salons. She made a custom color by mixing a few to get the exact undertone I wanted. Not only was the final product perfect, they were the sweetest people! No nail-biting shame and they seemed like they truly enjoyed taking care of their customers. Since all fingernails are done at the same long table, it was a fun conversation between everyone. I will be booking again in the future!

These facts I could've gotten over without leaving a review but I could not get over the excessive amounts of glue underneath my finger nails. I still haven't been able to pick all of it off!!!? Not to mention it's a lot of glue and it's on there really good so it's somewhat painful to pick off. Now, I will admit I didn't say anything before leaving but I shouldn't have to ask for a whole nail painted, the right shape, AND no glue underneath my fingers- so I chalked this up to a loss. The only thing that could remedy this situation is a refund. I was told that my nails were drying out and I should consider taking a break from gel . I agreed to not have the gel manicure and have the gel polish removed. When I went to check out, I was charged for a full manicure and really do not believe that was fair. The other thing that I am upset about was, I asked another nail a few months ago if a person should take a break from and was told that there was no need for this. So now I am out $48 and did not get the service I requested. I will certainly be looking for another nail salon if I ever decide to get manicures again, very disappointing. The shop is included in the shopping district, so make sure you have fabulous nails before or after you shop until you drop. The Vietnamese culture is presented well at the shop and I appreciate learning a few new words and sayings when I went it. I will always remember móng tay đẹp (pretty nails). The shop does have a bar for wine and beverages if you would like to enjoy something besides water. The shop is very accessible. The parking lot has room for handicap parking and there is not a step to walk up. The door is very light to pull open. The seats can be moved for a wheelchair but the tables do not move so you may have to sit in the first chair or adjusted into the pedicure chair.
