As a former employee in the automotive industry, I have really high expectations from dealers. Our entire experience at Lexus of Clearwater was OUTSTANDING! It really exceeded our expectations. We have purchased many other luxury brands, such as BMW, Audi, and Acura, and have never had a comparable experience. This was our first Lexus purchase, and we are very impressed with the VIP treatment received. Sean Moore, Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Sean made us feel comfortable through the process. He really went the extra mile at delivery to ensure that Lexus Enform was activated and took the time to go over additional features and controls. Tyler Newman, Sales Manager, provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Renee Miley, Finance Manager, was pleasant and personable. She took the time to explain all of the financing options -lease v purchase and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best rate available. Renee reviewed all of the available warranty options with us in length and suggested ones that she thought we would benefit from. We highly recommend Lexus of Clearwater!

I got out and decided to choose LEXUS OF CLEARWATER for a vehicle out of everywhere else I could…read morehave went.... So apparently even if you show nothing but love and support it won't mean NOTHING to LEXUS OF CLEARWATER. Purchased a brand new is350 from them. Then went back and purchased a brand new 25 is500... both new both with the full packages/warranties. Would only take my vehicle to Lexus of Clearwater cause I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST THEM .... Yea that was me being way too generous and keeping that blind faith. I even brought Lexus of Clearwater BUSINESS. I had not 1 but 2 people go in and purchase not 1 but 2 brand new lexus a rx350 and a 2026 tx350. Was told I'd be compensated for those deals and I have yet to receive anything or get any help with that. Water under the bridge can't cry just gotta learn from my mistakes. I mean even LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY said why did I do that? Why didn't I just go to them at LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY... so I canceled the towing service on my insurance and took the towing from Lexus. Another mistake made cause when I used Lexus towing they destroyed my front bumper. Upon taking the vehicle to LEXUS OF CLEARWATER for NAIL in the tire I told them bout the situation and they could do nothing as I was told... vehicle gets towed to LEXUS OF CLEARWATER. Mind you I'm paying for situations just like this to be avoided. I'm paying for all the warranties and what I would have thought was "PEACE OF MIND". I get a call from a FRANK and get told my wheels are not covered I have to pay out of pocket for tires....... (IM PAYING FOR TIRE AND WHEEL PROTECTION AS WELL AS COSMETICS AND REPAIRS) I get quoted prices for tires cause I had 2 nails in two tires. Obviously I got upset as to why ? Why am I paying for tires when I'm paying for the protection and warranty on the vehicle ? Apparently he got upset cause I got a lil loud... I mean I'm being quoted hundreds of dollars while paying HUNDREDS of dollars for a warranty I can't rightfully make use of ????? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. ONTOP all this when I purchased the vehicles I did it through the FINANCE MANAGER JOE, THE SALES MANAGER ANTHONY, and THE GENERAL MANAGER AT THE TIME KIM. So I mean I built a relationship with this business only to get denied and disrespected within a few minutes of bringing my vehicle in for service.. mind you upon purchasing the vehicles I get told everything ANYONE WOULD LOVE TO BE TOLD. "ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE BRING IT DIRECTLY TO LEXUS OF CLEARWATER AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU" Sadly found out all I was told was lies... and it was just to get a sale not to build trust and loyalty. LOYALTY... something I showed LEXUS OF CLEARWATER no questions asked. When asking the same people I spoke to upon making the purchases everyone acts dumb deaf and blind of course... then I get portrayed as the bad guy. Literally 6am and I'm writing a review for a company I never thought I'd WRITE SUCH A REVIEW ON.... So FRANK , ANTHONY, JOE , NICK in service thanks to all of you and the Lexus of Clearwater family for the EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE SUCH A DETAILED REVIEW FOR A COMPANY I THOUGHT WOULD OF NEVER BEEN ONE TO DO SUCH A THING TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER... really sad. I mean I had to drive 45 min to LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY. SPOKE WITH KIM THE MANAGER WHO WAS THE MANAGER AT LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY TOO IRONICALLY... she said that's absurd and SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. Knowing me and my personality the energy I bring and the positivity and respect I show she was upset and now my vehicle is being serviced at LEXUS OF TAMPA BAY, with them knowing about the treatment I received from LEXUS OF CLEARWATER. (They are not happy, said I should of did business with them and should do business with them not Clearwater anymore) which i wouldn't regardless and everyone I know or the ones I recommended will think twice and hopefully go to a different dealership instead of LEXUS OF CLEARWATER. I tried my best. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON THOUGH AND GOD IS THE GREATEST.

Just bought a car..but please read: Hertz car sales offer 2…read moretypes of sales: Cars that are Hertz certified and on the lot and Cars that are rent to own, still in the rental pool but are ready to be pulled. Both offer preset pricing, so no haggling. Fiirst, their web site sucks. It is slow, search parameters do not correctly reflect options on the cars. I found a 2013 Infinity JX35, 17k miles at a great price! but website did not indicate Navigation. I called around within HERTZ and NO one could tell me whether it did or did not. As I was coming in from out of town, I did not want to get there and find out the car did NOT have navigation. I ended up calling the Sarasota location (even though the pick up was at a Tampa location) and within an hour these guys got me the details. As a result, I flew in from Chicago and did the rent to own, and 3 days later, I am in the process of buying the car. While I was down there, I met John and all of the sales guys..I typically HATE car sales guys, but these guys were great! and knowledgeable about the cars and process. Here is the letter I wrote to the general manager: SUBJECT: John Coyle --an example of excellent customer service Jeries- I have been using Hertz Sales web site to search for my next car purchase over the last month. I have found that the site's search results do not accurately reflect the options/features that vehicle actually has. Earlier this week, I found a 2013 Infinity JX30 that is under the 'rent to buy' program. It indicated that the car was out of the Tampa sales office (I am located in Chicago). I have called customer service a couple of times and they apparently can only see what the customer sees...so they could NOT confirm whether the unit I am interested in had Navigation. So I called a Tampa sales office and talked to John Coyle. He said that the sales location he is at is not currently involved in the 'rent-to-buy' program, but he would be happy to help me get answers to my questions. He took my name, number and the car's unit and VIN numbers and said he would follow up. In less than an hour, John called me back and said he had talked to a department that confirmed that the original invoice for 'my' car indicates it had Navigation. Additionally, he went on to make sure I understood the warranty differences when buying a 'rent-to-buy' vs buying a Hertz certified vehicle. I feel that John went above and beyond, especially considering his office does not even offer the 'rent-to-buy' program..and hence, his office will not 'get the sale'. His knowledge of the program and the process is excellent and he made sure I understood everything. He got me answers that no one else seemed to be able to provide me. Bottom line, because of John, I am reserving the vehicle with all intentions to purchase it. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or clarifications. Thank You!
