The nooks and crannies were all but impossible to get to with your standard car wash vacuum. In addition, the roof was also stained and whatever I tried I couldn't get it cleaned. To top it off, my driver's side headlight basically looked as if it had a cataract in comparison to the passenger side one. I came back and the car looked practically new! Even the headlight came out looking basically new. The interior was amazing. They didn't skimp out on the details. You can tell that the owner here, Dallas, has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work which is a quintessential trait in a small business leader. I was thoroughly impressed. Within days, we were dealing with problems that should have been caught before the car was ever sold. Because of those issues, we were moved into another vehicle -- which also ended up having problems shortly after purchase. When we decided to voluntarily return the vehicle, we acted in good faith. We dropped it off with the key and a written letter explaining everything. Since then, communication has completely broken down. Phone calls, emails, and messages have gone unanswered for weeks. To make matters worse, the vehicle has now been resold -- yet they are still refusing to refund our down payment. We were told it was "as-is," but nowhere in our signed paperwork did it clearly state that our down payment would be automatically forfeited if we surrendered the vehicle. Keeping our deposit while also reselling the car does not feel ethical or fair. We tried to resolve this privately and respectfully. We weren't looking for a fight -- just accountability and good faith. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to read every line of paperwork carefully and make sure you fully understand their policies before signing anything.

They quickly took down the pertinent information as to which service I needed (towing) and gave me a reasonable quote. I did not feel like the person on the other end had any under tone of "take or leave it" attitude as thy provided the cost for service. The conversation was very pleasant and at the end I was given a time frame of a 2 hr window for expected time of arrival. When the 2 hr time frame was approaching they called me to let me know the truck maybe 10 mins later than anticipated. Courteous and professional!! Most companies providing services (towing/roadside assistance) of this nature often make you feel as if you need them more than they need you; however, true as it maybe as often the scenario is a stranded motorist needing a tow, but this company did not make me feel that way. When I arrived, I spoke to a man at the front desk and explained again what I wanted. However, he quoted me a different price that was significantly higher. Although I was frustrated, I decided to proceed with the service since I had rearranged my schedule and had someone drop me off. After two hours, I returned to pick up my car, only to discover that the price had increased even more. When I inquired about the increase, I was informed that the quoted price was for each window, not for all of them. This left me even more confused, as I had specifically asked for the price for all of the windows. The whole situation felt strange. All I can say is that if you're going to take your car there, make sure you do your homework and ask lots of questions. It might be a good idea to have them write down the quote they give you before you have the service done. I would not recommend Tint World
