Also sent copies of the receipt and quotes from nearby tow companies to compare pricing to the state attorney's office. I wasn't aware that extortion was legal in New Jersey. And of course they don't quote you the price until the car is on the flatbed that way if you don't want it towed, they'll charge you a fee to unhook it.
