Ruh roh…read more For those that don't know, Schengen Visa requirements state that your passport has to be valid for three months from your departure date from the EU. Even expedited service on the US gov website stated it would take 2-3 weeks. Casto Travel to the rescue! I literally had one week to get my passport renewed (Monday to Monday). Linda not only got me sorted, but also helped me re-take my passport photo on the spot. Had I not mistakenly slipped up on some paper work, I would have had my passport in two days. Instead, everything was ready and good to go within four days. Amazing. I spent probably a maximum of 15min there for the initial paperwork. I don't expect to be renewing/applying for passports often - but I'll definitely be sending folks to Linda. A+, would renew again (in 10 years).

She was very flexible with meeting times. I needed a passport ASAP for a trip I'm taking in August and she sent me a detailed email stating everything I needed. I went to get everything in the envelope at the post office and Linda sent it out to me. A couple days later I received a call saying my passport was ready for pickup. I 110% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick way to get a passport! Thanks Linda you the best!

Anyone with a smart phone can get that sorted in minutes, here or when you get to Japan. I do not recommend IACE. You might get lucky or you might get treated like we did.

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here, but my experience was pretty great!…read more My car was stolen this morning, and after reporting it, my insurance arranged a rental through Enterprise. I was told all I needed to do was come in, show my driver's license, and put down the $100 deposit. In my experience, renting a car usually takes anywhere from 20 to 30 plus minutes to get through the paperwork and everything else. That may be different when it's an insurance claim rental, but either way, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything went. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Jessica, who I believe is fairly new but is doing an excellent job. She was genuinely sympathetic about what had happened, quickly gathered the information she needed, grabbed a handful of keys, and walked me out to look at the available vehicles. Considering the kind of day I was having, that made a huge difference. I was literally in and out in about 15 minutes, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free Jessica made the process. I usually like to wait until the entire service is complete before leaving a review, which in this case would mean returning the rental car. If anything changes, I'll definitely update this review. But for now, I'm very happy with my experience and especially grateful for Jessica's help!

I had to carve out an hour on Saturday to get it fixed. Later that same day, the same tire went flat again. There was no nail or visible cause, but it required another trip and another hour of my time. For someone with a flexible schedule, two hours may not seem like a lot. But for me, carving out that much time was difficult and set me back quite a bit. I wish the vehicles were inspected more thoroughly before being put back into the fleet. This could have easily turned into a dangerous situation if it had happened while driving at higher speeds.
