A week after we met with her, she called and said "Your VN Visas are ready for pick-up." WOW that was fast. We came in to pick up the Visas and booked our flights for an up-coming vacation to Vietnam on the spot. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing!
