That ended up being perfect because we didn't have to go out of our way, and we were genuinely impressed. First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The ambiance and design were easily a 10/10. It feels modern, comfortable and inviting, and there is a much wider variety of food and beverages than I expected. What I really loved is that you have options. There is prepared food displayed behind the glass that you can mix and match and purchase by the pound, but you can also order directly from the regular menu. Naturally, we did both. I ordered the Hungry Man burrito, which I've had before and already knew I liked. Chicken, avocado, cheese... simple, filling and good. Then we built a plate from the prepared foods. We got salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and squash. And let me tell you about this squash... I DO NOT EAT SQUASH. Apparently I do now. It was so flavorful that I kept going back for more.
