We met Mark, the owner, who is friendly and offered great suggestions. I had the Brisket Sandwhich with mashed sweet potatoes and an order of sweet potato hush puppies. My husband had the brisket platter with cowboy beans and their special slaw. Everything came quickly, it was hot and cooked to order. The brisket was medium rare and so tender. The seasoning was perfect! Not too salty, so smooth. My husband's meat was cut to the perfect Slice and so tender, he also had the corn bread that was delicious. The beans and slaw were great sides. They give a very nice serving, enough for left overs. We really enjoyed our lunch and will be sure to make this our go to barbecue restaurant.

I love garlic bread but I think y'all should consider making hush puppies instead of garlic bread. Easy to make. Not expensive and will draw more people in I would rate you a 4.5.
