It was close to 10 mins before anyone even noticed me or the people in front of me. Once I finally got seated, I was glad to see the friendliness of the staff - they were really all very friendly and warm. So that was good. Pretty good ambiance in the restaurant. The food itself was very average. I got the chicken Cordon Bleu. Very very flavorless. Nothing to write home about. Likely won't be back. But maybe I got the wrong thing?

There were patio seats available that were dry despite the on and off rain. Luckily we got a booth with an umbrella. Our server was really nice and attentive. I started with the peach sangria and my mom got the Peel Good cold brew with banana cold foam. We both liked our drinks. I then got the other daily special, the breakfast grilled cheese and my mom got the smash burger. The grilled cheese was ooey and gooey and delicious. A little more soggy than I would've liked due to the aioli but still tasty, felt like a good egg and cheese panini--I liked the flavors. Also it came with smashed potato's which I've never tried before but omg my new favorite way to eat potatoes. My mom loved her smash burger too, a good portion and the fries were tasty I stole a few. As soon as we paid and got up to leave, it started to pour with heavy winds. I say luck was on our side and we got to enjoy brunch here. Comes with a side of salad or fries. The waitress suggested to get half and half and Im glad I did. It was delicious! My daughter had a breakfast grilled cheese sandwich with potato fries that were delicious! Yes I glad I came! I would come back when in the area. There is street parking. It was crowded inside so we ate outside which was very comfortable!
