Madelyn did a fantastic job doing hair for myself, my mom, and half my bridesmaids (ladies circled in red had their hair done by Madelyn). Wedding day: Madelyn and Tawnie had all the ladies ready on time and looking fab! Madelyn did a great updo with my hair, even without a trial. I had both a veil and a hair clip to use, and she made a great suggestion of using a veil during the ceremony and using the clip during the reception to clip any strands that got loose when removing the veil. Everyone's hair looked great, half-ups, braids, ponytails, curls, naturally curly hair to loose waves, Madelyn did it all!

Emily and Andrea have stepped into this next chapter with incredible energy, pride and talent. They genuinely care about their clients and their wonderful staff, and they've created an atmosphere filled with warmth, laughter and a real sense of family. And then there is our dear Linda. For so many years, Linda poured her heart and soul into La Mode, creating far more than a successful salon. She built lasting friendships, a talented team and a loyal community of clients who trusted and loved her. Emily and Andrea are honoring that legacy while making Salon Sova their own and we couldn't be happier for all three of them! We wholeheartedly recommend Salon Sova. Wonderful people, exceptional talent, lots of laughter and a salon with a whole lot of heart!

The salon is nestled between other shops with lots of private parking designated for the businesses. The shop is very spacious and is well maintained! Staff are always cleaning up as they go. You can tell the climate of a salon by the conversations they choose to have and I immediately picked up on a fun and creative vibe as I hear different discussions of how they worked with this or what they changed to visualize a different view or re-living a memory they all shared that brought laughter to everyone within ear shot range! It was apparent, the staff collaborated so well together! Emily brought me to the wash for prep. She was quick to assess my personal style and needs, and worked with me. She provided tips moving forward to improve the look of my hair and shared her vision of how my hair will complement the shape of my face. We also discussed hair color and highlights and if I would return, she shared her ideas she had to blend in with the color I already have. Doing business with Emily made my experience a pleasant one. She fueled my visit with purpose and that exemplifies the value of her work by understanding my personal style and visualizing how she can enhance and improve the look! I was pleased with her service and look forward to visiting again for color treatment! If you're in the area and are looking for a regular salon, I highly recommend this salon for all your hair care needs! Thank you, Emily!!

Jimmy is great with kids! Looking for a toddler haircut? You found the guy…read more I come here for my two toddlers to get their haircuts. My 4-year old is always eager for a cut, but my 2-year old is adamantly anti-haircut. At other barbershops there's tears and frustration, but with Jimmy at All Society my little guy sits in the chair by himself and cooperates. There are some toys at All Society that he holds while getting his cut, and he gets a lollipop or a goodiebag after he's done. My 2-year old watches Jimmy give his big brother a haircut and Jimmy strategically bonds with my 2-year old the whole time, including him in conversation and warming him up for getting in the chair next. I greatly appreciate Jimmy's effort in making the barbershop an enjoyable experience for my sons. I drive from Lake Elsinore to come here for my boys to see Jimmy. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the stylist did not deliver the haircut she asked for. My friend was too uncomfortable to speak up in front of other customers, so she decided to address the situation privately and professionally afterward through a message. However, before she even had the chance to fully express her concerns or possibly request a refund, she discovered she had already been blocked. If you come here and do not receive the haircut you wanted, do not expect professionalism, accountability, or customer service. My friend spent a long time growing out her hair specifically for this style, and instead she left with a bad haircut, tears, and no resolution. This is not even about the money it is about the complete lack of empathy and professionalism shown toward a paying customer. The most concerning part is that the stylist blocked the client before any real communication could even happen.like if she already knew she had not delivered and did not want to take accountability. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I hope that this review is seen first before someone decides to support this business. I have never…read morein my life felt so compelled to write such a negative review but after the treatment I received from the Owner Reyna, it's outrageous. If you have curly hair, DO NOT come here to get your hair cut. If you know curly hair, you know how traumatic getting a bad cut can be ruining years of growth and hard work into our hair. I'm not even writing this about the stylist, she was very nice just simply doesn't know curly hair well enough. This is about the owner whom argued with me on the phone for 20 minutes when I requested my money back. I have never had to fight with a business owner over a validly incorrectly done service. Reyna was beyond condescending, rude and dismissive. She continued to then claim that I actually now owed her money! She nitpicked the service that I received (a cut/wash and style) and how long the service took (1.5hr) actually makes it that I should've been charged more and actually owe her money now. My curls were beautiful before and I feel extremely humiliated with what I have now, curly hair can be a very emotional subject due to how often we deal with individuals who don't know about shrinkage and shape, how it looks wet is not the same as how it looks once it's dry. It will take a very very long time for this grow out enough to fix, yes hair grows back but it's emotionally damaging having a reminder of something so negative in the mean time. The owner had no regard for this being expressed and only continued to argue with me. She then lies and says that she would give me her personal phone number for me to send the photos of my proof of before and after, to then be sent a phone number that wasn't even hers. The first 2 photos are the before, the rest is what I have now. I've never dealt with someone so beyond unprofessional, please do not support this business. Times are getting tougher for individuals and feeling inclined to save some dollars by going somewhere less expensive should not mean you should have to sacrifice your respect and customer service. Did not receive refund.
