Took my 7yt old Son here for the first time. Was looking for a local barber as we're new to the area. Great find!! Sam did a great job with his hair. My Son has autism, so the quiet atmosphere was a bonus in helping him to keep calm and still throughout the entire time. We'll definitely be back again, when it's time for his necy read more

First time here and didn't know what to expect. The place isn't as charming as the other barbershops I've been to, but don't ever judge a book by its cover. Been living in the LE for 2 years and the struggle of finding a barber that can actually cut and not charge you a crazy amount is so rare nowadays. Well today I checked both those off with Sam at Fine Cuts!!! He's a man of very few words but he makes it up with his skills and I couldn't be anymore happy with my cut. He will definitely be my go to barber from here on out. read more

Sam runs a solo shop & if you have to wait a bit, it's worth it. I won't get a haircut until I can make it over to Elsinore to see Sam. Love my haircut every-time & couldn't recommend him more. (One of my biggest reasons I come here is because we don't talk during the haircut & I tip well because of that) read more

I appreciated how the barber really took his time and paid attention to detail. My hair and beard look amazing! He ensured everything was symmetrical and stylish read more

I like this place for my sons to get their hair done. The man does a pretty good job. They like how it comes out, and my wife has been happy with his work. It's about $22, which I guess is the going rate. The days of the $5-7 barber are long gone. read more

This barber shop is your go to place, when you want a good hair cut, and don't have much time. Sam is really fast and does a great job. It's a one man show, but he can handle it. As soon as you come in, he greets you. He is pretty quiet, but he does greet you and thanks you at the end. There are chips and drinks for you to buy as well as hair products. He usually has the TV on TruTV and can see the show with the jokesters (which is what is on that channel 90% of the time) and if you go in the afternoons, he usually has it on the News. I trust Sam with my hair and my sons hair. Not once has he disappointed us. The only thing I wish he did was use the straight blade to give you that extra clean, perfect feel and look. That's the only thing I wish he did. read more

Sam is very nice and gives nice haircuts. My husband's been going to him for over a year and won't go anywhere else. He's not very talkative but he gets the job done. read more

I always bring my dad here. The barber (sorry, I don't know his name) always takes special care of my dad who can't see or hear really well. The barber is so patient and kind with him. I'm so very grateful. There's usually a wait, but it's because this guy is awesome. read more

Have been getting my haircut with Sam for a couple years now and he always leaves me looking good. He recently located from his previous location on Central Ave near the L.A. Fitness in Lake Elsinore and has been here by the In N Out for a couple weeks now. A little bit smaller but nothing else has changed, same great service. As a prior-service Marine, I have grown (pun intended) accustomed to my High & Tight and Sam has been nailing it every-time. I also like the fact that he is fairly quick and can get you out the door in a reasonable amount of time. There are magazines and local newspapers that you can read while you wait or you can just watch TV on a flat-screen. Sam seems to like watching World's Dumbest Criminal because it's always on that channel which makes waiting not as bad. There's also a liquor store nearby that you can stop by for snacks or drinks. He accepts Credit/Debit cards which is very convenient and he doesnt charge extra for it either. I've been driving out of the way to come here for a while now and will continue to do so for the sake of getting fresh and clean looking fades. Being able to get a haircut and an In N Out burger on my way home, priceless. read more

Sam is a man of little words lol! That's okay to me because I don't need him talking up a storm to me as long as he cuts my sons hair as fantastic as always!! He always does an amzing job on their cuts. Always finely cur, not choppy, fade on point. We do the line on one side and a comb over with a fade. Seriously Sam is ON POINT! read more

I've been getting my fade from Sam for over 5 years. I never have to tell him what I want he always remembers. If you're an introvert like I am and don't care for small talk then Sam is the man! I appreciate him staying open and cutting hair outside during Covid. Highly recommend! read more

Sam does an excellent job and is very professional, I highly recommend this barber 10/10.

Mr. Ki is a quick exceptionally skill barber, and with many year of experience also. Since, I used to cut hair in the past, I know within seconds if a barber knows how to fade, which he sure does. His price was responsible, even as other barbers are doubling their price he is normally about $17 for a basic haircut. I'm sure other extras cost more. Haha comment below about not talking too much is true. read more

Sam is amazing. Still staying open even now with all this Covid! Cutting hair outside. Wow! I know it isn't easy but he's hustling! Come see Sam!! He's the best! read more

Now this place is my go to for a good haircut. It's close to my house and it's rarely busy. The times I've come here, it's only the owner working by himself and he is quick and efficient. My man hardly says a word but he is there to do his job and get you out of there quick. They'll be 3 people ahead of me but I won't wait more than 30 minutes. Prices are affordable as well, it's not cheap but it sure isn't a $20 haircut like other places charge. Definitely get what you pay for here. read more

Wonderful Barber Shop! I took my 6 year old son there because I wanted him to have a nice haircut for back to school, and had a few bad experiences at Fantastic Sams recently, so I wanted to take him to a good Barber Shop. Lucky for me this shop is still close to home AND he the price of the cut was nearly the same as Fantastic Sams (only $3 more) and was by far much more detail oriented. Definitely worth it. I asked for a Mike Trout haircut, showed him a picture, and he did it! Great job. Very happy! read more

Great haircut. I've never experienced such speed and quality, but that's what Sam offers. Bonus that it's right next to that coffee shop that makes a very good Iced Chai. read more

Sam is a good barber but really inconsistent with his cuts. What I mean by this is one day you'll come out with a clean haircut, but the next time you go it won't look as good as the first time read more

Sam is great. He does not speak much but he listens! Does a great job and is clean! He always says welcome when you walk in the door. I have been coming to Sam for almost two years. I appreciate him even more now because recently I had to use someone else. And of course you don't know what you do have until it's gone!! read more

Diamond in the rough. I think it's just the one guy, Sam, that works there and he doesn't really say much. BUT he can cut some dadgum hair man! He's quick and has great attention to detail. The prices are very reasonable. I won't go anywhere else now. Sam's the man! read more

This man is a hero. Ever since my brother moved in with me we've been looking for a good barber. We went to all star a few times and the experiences where horible. This guy saved the day. Talk about getting down to business ! read more

This place is legit! He pays attention to detail and cuts the cleanest fades. I've even requested different cuts and he nails them every time! I've been going now for over a year and I have yet to leave unsatisfied. read more

If you're doing something basic go ahead and come here. If you're looking for a legit barbershop that is clean and will do a good fade and a straight blade go elsewhere. Came in and noticed that the ship was pretty plain but I didn't think much of it. Kinda just did the "don't judge a book by its cover" thing and soon regretted it. When I sat down I noticed hair on everything. Feels kinda gross getting a haircut and having somebody else's hair all around you. He trimmed it up a little but I'll definitely have to hit another barber shop tomorrow. Can't trust yelp all the time :/ read more

Walked in . No greet from Sam. Waited for my haircut , got my haircut. Not one word from Sam. Not even Thank you. Very very cold and unfriendly will never return read more

Great barbershop always gets the job done been going here since I moved to Elsinore haven't had 1 problem

Great mellow place, not too long of a wait, and the guy is nice as well. Reasonably priced, nice non franchise feel. He also accepts cards which is great considering i'm waiting for a new card in the mail. read more
