I want to preface by saying my boyfriend has been here before and liked the barbers and the service they provided. We came today after a long period of doing haircuts at home, and growing out length. The barber that saw him today was Miggy; he was nice and was able to fit my boyfriend into the schedule today. My boyfriend unfortunately left the appointment feeling embarrassed by what he received and sad after previously looking forward to the change. I have included photos of the length he came in with, a reference picture and then what he got. We paid for the clean up fee in the end. My boyfriend explained to the barber that his hair shrinks after it's dry so to please cut much longer than he would originally think. After the barber took a majority the length, my boyfriend checked in to see what was going on. He didn't get to see what was going on until it was too late to redirect. There was multiple points during that cut that lead to him feeling something was not going right and he tried to address it without sounding disrespectful to the barber and his service. I tried to talk to him myself and he said there was parts of the haircut left to do. We did come to the conclusion that the hair was not what was requested after reviewing the reference photo with him. To cut it short we did try to communicate with the barber and he was apologetic in the end but it doesn't help that he left with a completely different cut than he asked for. I cut it at home to make it look tolerable. I wish we were just told they weren't able to do it honestly. read more

It took me years to find a good barber for my son. This place is wonderful. Augustine is the only person allowed to touch my son's head!! Always fresh clean work, great at fades and blending. We went without an appointment the day before school started and they were able to take us in and do miracles! Today I took my other two boys, and the little one was terrified, he is only 2yo, but J. We live in Los Angeles but we're staying in Temecula for a month. My dad was looking for a barber and I found one but they were closed. However, this place was right down the way and took him as a walk-in. The guy with a tat on his face cut my dad's hair and man did it look great! I could see the barber taking his time and making sure he did a great job. This place is a bit pricey compared to the shop in LA, but definitely worth every dime. Just go somewhere else. This location may seem convenient for you but the individuals they have to cut hair have little to no experience. I've tried multiple different barbers at this shop and the most recent hair cut was the worst of them all, so bad I had him just take a #4 and just go over it all. It was clean and they got us in right away. Staff didn't talk. The blared music where every other word was F bomb or the N word. I had my 10 year old son in there. The barber looked at me and I shook my head. I felt like I got a stair to dare me to say something. Son said he got his neck pinched from the shaver. First off the place is nice, very chill. Me and some friends are going to get a shave and a trim for a wedding coming up in a few days so one of the guys picks this place. He's never been to a proper barber but I frequent them and no one has ever been here. He makes an appointment and at the last minute yesterday is able to add me for a 4 o'clock appointment. This was the first red flag. The gentleman that helps me asks what I'd like and I give the normal response. I point to my hair line and say start at a 2 and taper up to the length on the top of my head, don't touch the length of my beard just clean it up and blend the sides into my beard(my beard was about 7" long). Immediately I feel the shavers on the side of my head and it's beyond short. He's started a fade I stop him and say that I wanted the hairline to start at a 2 he says that's what he's doing. Ok defiantly not but whatever. Next is the not so hot towel followed by ice cold shaving cream for the shave and line. Defiantly not how it's supposed to be. Next he starts cleaning up the beard. He literally cuts at least 5" of my beard. It's now maybe 1 1/2" long. Oh here's the best part, the bachelor asks for a shave and the guy cutting him dry straight razors him and literally cuts his face open. So now two days before his wedding he's got an inch long cut across his cheek. The guy still charges him $50. My experience with the guy I had 1. Doesn't have the talents of a proper barber. If you want a fade your probably ok. 2. If your looking for that classic hot towel relaxing shave. Might not be the place you want to go. 3. If you like your beard you might want to avoid this guy. Don't know if this is his name but they didn't take CC so I had to Zelle him. Byron might be his name. I didn't experience the other guys and the rest of the group were fine with what they received but again they are inexperienced so who knows. Lots of barber shops opening up and I sometimes try them just to see. Most are somewhat close but this guy falls very short. Shop has potential hope they work the issues. read more
