Not satisfied with my haircut. It was my first time here and I haven't had a haircut for while after gave birth to my baby, so I was so excited to have a haircut so I can feel refreshed. I had a really long hair. I ask for a layered hairstyle and the girl who doing my hair after trimmed almost half of my hair length but it still didn't look like layered hair at all. So I asked her can she please do something, maybe shorter on the front (?). I don't know, that's why I'm here. I'm not a hairstylist otherwise I just do it myself at home. Then she told me my hair gonna look choppy if I want it shorter. So what is that even mean? I don't care what you gonna do. I don't want choppy hair. What I want is layered hair. My son and I have been going to great clips for better than 8 years with good service until today. I checked in on the app for my son and myself. It showed a 51 min. wait so when our time got within 15 min until appt. time we headed down. Upon check-in, we were told that they only had 1 of us checked in and that we would have to wait an additional 1 hour. for the other one of us to get a haircut. This is unacceptable as I took time off work so we could get our haircuts before my son starts school. Well, my time is too valuable to have screw ups on Great Clips part waste anymore of my time. Cheyanne took care in making sure my "Lid" looks good today, but Kira and Felicia (Who have also done excellent work on my hair in the past) were in ear shot when Cheyanne asked for feedback... WELL, I have to make sure all are given their due acknowledgement. Cheyanne, Kira, & Felicia are ALL OUTSTANDING HAIR STYLISTS. I was looking forward to surprising my wife with I nice fresh cut for new years, but that's not happening . Asked for a standard comb over with a mid hade, but was given a very different result, even after specifically specifying that I wanted some extra length on the parted side. I asked for enough length to comb down, and was confidently told they went down to a 2. This was not anywhere near what was discussed. I've been going to this great clips for a few years, but this is by far the worst cut I've gotten in all of my life. I won't be going here anymore, I can't trust them to actually trim it correctly. I hate that the alternative is having to pay over $50 for a haircut elsewhere, but I guess it's necessary, if I want a decent haircut. I brought my sons to her and they absolutely loved her! She provided "wiggle breaks" for my kids to let them move and get comfortable so she wouldn't risk hurting them. Taylor is a great young lady who is awesome at cutting hair. I am picky about my hair and she always gets it right and doesn't try and rush me out of there even if they are busy. I came from a more upscale salon experience and parked here because it was more affordable for my current budget and I've had several good experiences with Taylor considering I wanted to keep a shoulder length, stylish cut chic looking . Would not recommend this place . Came In an hour before closing and was told me it was a 75 min wAit. With only two customer in the store . I wAs seated after 2 customers with 20 mins left for my hair cut . The 2 workers (which I won't name because I would not jeopardize anyone's job) Were rude from the beginning and seemed upset I stayed and waited to be seAted , one made the comment she likes to be out the door at 9:03 since they close at 9. My haircut was definitely rushed and being a first time customer they could not care about my satisfaction . They told me I had a cowlick in the middle of my head . (Pretty sure that's not where one would be) and never had an issue in that spot which was clearly poor cutting. So since the clock was approaching 9 o'clock closing time I guess that was it. At the time of checking out I was also paying for my buddy's hair cut and was asked to enter the tip amount twice , which tipped her twice as I noticed too late . I have been a customer of this particular Great Clips location for 4 years now as my mother introduced me to them and their prices were great and they did good work. On 4-7 I went to this location to get another hair cut as I do every 3 to 4 weeks and the stylist with the rat tattoo on her arm cut my hair and everything was fine during the visit. Few days later I started breaking out on my scalp with itching burning throbbing pustules I went to an urgent care and I was told it was folliculitis and folliculitis has a habit of spreading to areas around it. Urgent care put me on anti biotics which have yet to help. As I live 80 miles away from this location I went to them again on the 4-14 as thats when I go visit my mother and I explained to a lady named Julia who claimed she was the manager what had happened and she told me that she was sorry and that her stylist does everything by the book. Julia was unwilling to accept the fact that sometimes mistakes happen or people rush through things and Julia offered me my $14.00 back, and I rebuffed her offer as $14.00 is not going to make the infection go away I had explained to her what urgent care told me and she demanded proof, then proceeded to tell me in her own words "How do I know this happened here? How do I know you didnt go get your hair cut else where after you left our salon" One of the stupidest statements I have ever heard as why would I go get a 2nd hair cut after they just worked on me. I asked for a means to contact that locations district/general manager and she declined said the best I can do is have you write down your name and number. I left after doing so and I contacted another Great Clips to tell them what had happened and another Great Clips location was in shock and said that I should have not been treated that way. " I agree" So yesterday 4-15 as I could not locate the original urgent care paperwork I went to another urgent care to get it evaluated yet again and same diagnosis. This time I saved the paper work for Julia at the Wildomar location for her proof. Will be contacting corporate next and posting pictures of what they did to me on this stores YELP. read more

Bad experience. I am not from around here, but I decided to get a haircut here while passing through. I decided to get it short, and once done, I realized that they didn't cut a whole part of my hair. Legitimately did not cut it. Picture a , like so. See how the butt of the chicken is fluffy? My hair was short, except for one large part in the back that looked like a fluffy hill. It wasn't noticeable until after I got home. I had to get my girlfriend to cut it off. Came to get my hair cut twice at this location and both times I have gone home to find that my hair is uneven in areas and will have long piece of hair that were not cut. Save yourself the time and find a better place that you know, you won't have to go back to get it fixed. read more

We were waiting 15 minutes and had already checked in online (even though online it showed a 0 min wait for the past 10 mins.). 3 female workers were just standing around talking & laughing.
