I have used Mandic since 2008. Recently I needed there help through triple aaa. The staff that came to assist was highly incomptent, argumentative and rude. I had one forienor employee say he could hurt his back doing the job he was sent to do!! Not sure what is going on but I can say the quality of employees they once had appears to be gone. Very disappointed. Im paying for a service that never got done. Beware of the new hires that have been hired there. Poor English and rude as can be completely gaslighting the customer. read more

Woke up today, Friday the 13th with not even a click, click, click. Call AAA and spoke to someone live. Mohamad came in less than 1 hour. He ran multiple tests and a jump, still nothing. Called for a Tow truck, Brett to bring to Mountain tire. It turned out that the negative connection on the battery was off. The Dodge Journeys battery is under everything and to get to it you have to remove the wheel and wheel well guard. Both men were very polite and respectful. This tow yard sucks. We were broke down in a parking lot the day before thanksgiving. They would not tow the car because they didn't want to scratch the ground. My son was in a very bad accident and his car was totaled. It was taken to Mandic Motors. I needed to come and get my sons things out of his car. He was in the process of moving so He had luggage, various kitchen supplies, medications. We thought his cell phone and debt card along with most of his things would be long gone from stories I'd heard about cars being left in salvage yards. When I arrived at Mandic it took about an hour and 15 minutes from my home. The office was very clean. The man at the desk was Paul and said an auto auction had just started so I wasn't suppose to go to where my sons car was, but since I'd driven an hour away he let me go back. I told him I hoped everything would be in my son's car and he said "we don't remove anything". Paul was right, everything was in the car. A little worse for wear after all the glass and bend metal. I had the pleasure of meeting and having Anthony (Romeo) come out to help me with a car battery issue. It was obvious to me that my battery needed to be replaced. Luckily for me, they sent out Anthony to help me. Not only was he an expert at changing out the old battery and replacing it with a new one, he exchanged out the old cable connector so it wouldn't break off and force me to get it towed to the auto mechanic shop. He was a really cool guy that shared a lot of good information about Electric cars, especially that they cannot be parked at the downstairs parking lot of Pacific City. It cuts off the signal reception to your phone so you can't restart your car. I hope if I ever need more battery service that Mandic motors will send Anthony to my assistance again! read more

This review is for ROMEO out of Huntington Beach. My car would not start after a 12 hour workday on Wed night. I was about in tears. Romeo shows up, checks my car out and ends up having to tow me home. I could not have asked for a better person to have as a driver. He was like the angel I needed. He had me laughing while he was hooking my car up. The ride to my house he was amazing. Talking to me, giving me encouraging words, just made me feel so much better about my situation. My car 12V battery died at the Huntington Beach dog beach today and I was very surprised at how quickly my issue was handled. I was in kind of a weird area with a hard to pinpoint address and my initial call to AAA (that wouldn't / couldn't take info about landmarks, just the address even though there are a bunch of different lots) made me think this was going to be a total disaster and I had visions of waiting hours for service. Almost immediately after I requested the service through AAA and they thankfully assigned Mandic Motors. Mandic's own dispatch contacted me and I was able to give them better info and text the technician a picture and a pin so he knew where I was. They even apologized that the call was going to take 20-25 minutes which is nothing! Muhammad the technician showed up and indeed confirmed with his battery tester that my 7 year old battery was dead and needed to be replaced. He even showed me the result and explained that it was a bad cell and showed me the corrosion. I appreciated this because it let me know they were trustworthy and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. He also had the battery on the truck and had my car up and running in no time. He seemed to take pride in his work and had me test it before charging me. I also wanted to give him credit that he knew the area and where to park on the road and so he didn't take 20 minutes getting through the beach parking lot and traffic. They take CCs like pretty much everyone does these days with a machine on the trunk and the cost came to $193 (plus a separate tip I gave the tech) which I thought was reasonable for an on the fly battery replacement. I hope I'm not calling AAA near Huntington again but if I do, I really hope this company shows up. read more

My son lost his keys to his truck. I called AAA to have it towed to HB Toyota. Brent represented MANDIC Motors. He was professional, kind, prompt and amazing. My neighbors Grandson who is almost 2 years old was watching Brent do his magic with the tow truck and was excited. When Brent got to the cool part of limiting the truck he wanted to make sure that the baby was around to watch him do his thing. Brent stopped what he was doing to make sure the baby could watch.
