Inside was pretty dark and people were using their phone flashlight to read the menu. Ceilings are high. Got the vibe of a divey, low-key bar with no thrills. A large u shaped bar with two bartenders. A few high top tables even fewer normal tables. When you walk in the front door, their kitchen is to the left. With some little seating and in the back are bathrooms. Menu is very small, but appeared mighty. Their main food is sliders of different varieties and flavors. Along with sides such as onion rings, cheese curds, and fries. I'd figured with such a small menu, ticket times would be super fast. So we ordered a bit of everything to try and this was our mistake assuming food would come out fast. You order at the bar. The bartender who took our order had no patience and an attitude to go with. I asked her about the happy hour sign out front and she gave some half response answer and said everything is full priced. I asked why the sign is out front then? No response just annoyed. We ordered at 530p and ordered 4 sliders, onion rings, cheese curds and two beers. Place started getting busier as the night went on. Zero food was coming out. We were 40 minutes in to ordering and food gets brought to us and then the same bartender from earlier then realizes that it isn't our order. I assumed it was since it was 40 minutes since we ordered and the menu is so limited that it looked like what we ordered. She asked did we touch anything and I'm like um yes, we are starving. She doesn't apologize and quickly swipes the food off our table and goes who knows where. The food was for the table behind us and that table now was even more mad and annoyed. Our food comes out a little after an hour after ordering. We were about to ask for a refund when the food comes out. We noticed that there was only one cook. There seemed to be little communication from the two bartenders to the cook and no one running this place. No one was going around apologizing to patrons and they still were taking food orders well after we made ours. The other bartender at least had a little better customer service. She at least did acknowledge how long the food took and quickly got us a little condiment caddy from another table. Our food was awesome! Not awesome enough to wait for an hour, but very delicious. The sliders are for sure small but they're packed with a lot of toppings and flavorful. The cheese curds and onion rings were also delicious. The dipping sauce was creamy and tangy. We had an excellent meal. I just wish that the customer service and the ticket times were better. It's a shame! PS they at least had a jug of water that you could get your own at the bar.
