Crispy aromatic duck was EXCELLENT!! Orange chicken was very good with a nice sweet sauce, but the spicy orange sauce you're used to. Very small dinning room. Friendly service. Reasonable prices; £112 for dinner for 8 with about 8 Tiger beers.

I love the fact they do a £9.99 menu Sunday - Thursday evenings as its a great way to try things you normally wouldnt at an affordable price. You can pick any starter, any main with chips or rice or noodles included and you get a choice of a few desserts, but to be fair you really dont want dessert by the time it comes round - you'll be stuffed! Portion sized are spot on. I would say sit in here rather than takeaway as takeaway does not do this place justice, which is what I find with most place and honestly, with the prices they offer you really can afford to eat out here.

They are a must try for anyone, sometimes a little spicy but not so spicy you can't eat. The regular box with chicken is more than enough for anyone too. Atmosphere is good and there are often quite a few Asian diners, which I imagine is a good sign of authenticity and quality (never having been to Thailand myself). The real hidden gem though is the lunchtime menu. It's close to the city centre but not in the footfall so is often quite quiet but you get a 1-3 course menu, served quickly and with a good selection, all for under £7-9. You'd be hard pressed to find a better lunch, especially at that price. It's hard not to order the Pad Thai every time as it tastes so wonderful and it's clearly all fresh ingredients. Would highly recommend a visit.

There is everything from coconut / chilli / satay / plum / curry / black bean The service was quick and with a smile I am veggie so was pleased to see the tofu option but less pleased that they didn't have any in stock. I had the coconut sauce which had more of a kick than I was expecting but tasty, my husband Alan had the chilli chicken noodles and said they were very spicy but excellent. There is a sitting in section but it was very dark and cramped so I have given 4 stars. I loved the boxes the noodles come in, it's the cartons you see in he movies :0) I would absolutely go back, but for takeaway not to it in.

I have never been there to order a mean I have only ever taken advantage of the buffet; I think most people that were there were doing the same thing. It is very much like other Chinese buffets, they offer a range of soups along with every other Chinese main course you can think of. I love Chinese food, last time I was here I went up 3 times, its great value for money and think it's a great idea, it's really east to find, very central just near the harbour. It's not as large as most Chinese restaurants but you don't seem to have an issue getting started. The staff are very quick to sit you and very happy to help. After reviewing the menu, we went with the following: - Tom yum soup with shrimp - Red Curry with chicken - Drunken noodles with shrimp - Veggie stir fry Our favorite was the tom yum soup! The soup really hit the spot, the flavor was on the spot! Our next favorite was the satay chicken, perfectly grilled, chicken was still moist and tender. The red curry was good, but the chicken was very chewy, which made the dish mediocre. I would recommend you get this with shrimp or with no protein. The drunken noddle was under whelming... could have used more seasoning and it was missing something, something that I couldn't get my finger on. The veggie stir fry, you can make this at home yourself, the only seasoning they used was oyster sauce. The service was good, the food came out quickly.
