Stopped in about 10 tonight last and had a great Chinese dinner. A short walk from the Apex Hotel. Had sweet BBQ ribs, salt and pepper ribs, crispy spring rolls, and pepper mussels for starters. S&B tons were the best, but all were really good. Crispy aromatic duck was EXCELLENT!! Orange chicken was very good with a nice sweet sauce, but the spicy orange sauce you're used to. Probably the best chinese food Ive had in Dundee in a long time. Staff are all very nice and welcoming. Its quite small inside but very long so good for groups. I love the fact they do a £9.99 menu Sunday - Thursday evenings as its a great way to try things you normally wouldnt at an affordable price. You can pick any starter, any main with chips or rice or noodles included and you get a choice of a few desserts, but to be fair you really dont want dessert by the time it comes round - you'll be stuffed! Portion sized are spot on. I would say sit in here rather than takeaway as takeaway does not do this place justice, which is what I find with most place and honestly, with the prices they offer you really can afford to eat out here. read more

I Love this chinese retaurant! The food Is so fresh and very tasty, I mostly opt for the sweet and sour chicken peking style or the kung po chicken. the staff are fiendly and if your not sure what to have they will suggest somthing for you. I've never had a bad meal from here. and delivery is always prompt! read more

By far my favourite Chinese restaurant for miles. The food is delicious (I love the chicken satay) and very quickly prepared. The service is excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous, always going the extra mile. As far as the environment, the decor is pleasant, although not outstanding, and the restaurant is a little small. But it's also warm and cosy, so that's a minor complaint. If you're looking for good Chinese food and excellent service, Chopstix is well worth a look. read more

Chopstix is definitely my chinese takeout of choice. It's quick, tasty and not to mention has a number of great deals. Their 'buy one main meal and receive another half price' means our order is reduced to about £10 compared to the usual £15 or so it used to be at a previous restaurant. Nobody speaks English..... "hi, how are you" there response "yes", it's like being on holiday lols

The food here was pretty good both times I came here. The service was a bit iffy though and they screwed up my order by giving me the wrong kind of meat in my dish the first time I dined. Portion sizes were decent as were the prices and they have a nice three course deal every night. The atmosphere is very dated and the restaurant is in need of a renovation, especially the bathrooms which were disgusting. The ceilings were also uncomfortably low. read more

Probably one of the best chinese in Dundee. The owner used to have the Mandarin Garden, and when he left, weirdly it kept its reputation and name...even though the new venture is far superior. You can get a 3 course meal for £10 between Sunday and Thursday, and its not even a set menu, you practically get anything on the menu (bar lobster and a whole duck) Worth a visit. read more

I haven't tried their take away menu but have dined in the restaraunt several times. The food is excellent (they have a chicken and sweetcorn soup that is simply delicious) and it is a nice cosy atmosphere. They usually have special offers including a couple of offers that throw in a free bottle of house wine with your meal. This is quite a nice restaurant, it serves good quality food and usually has special offers. Their takeaway service is great as well. They are good at taking phone orders and the food is delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend this place both for take-away and a sit in meal.
