I really appreciated that they had the spices and tea in containers so you could smell the blends. I chose the emperor's chai black tea, the maple bourbon jalapeno seasoning, the truffle garlic seasoning, and a tea cup. Alex was really helpful and answered all our questions. She educated us that they have a Grapevine location and a online store. They also offer a veterans discount.

The tiger balm is strong so a little goes along way, definitely recommend after a workout and when cramping. I love that the prima protein bars have beef tallow in it. The salted caramel and mocha flavors are delicious. Sunshine Herbs has a good selection of vitamins, supplements, refrigerated goods, snacks etc. I look forward to my next visit.
