We stopped by Mancino's for the daily grinder special and grabbed two, even though grinders aren't usually our favorite. They're definitely better after being warmed up at home, but still solid. I used to go to another Mancino's location for years. I've been to this store multiple times and it's been okay. Today I had a craving for some, so I went online to order. The system wouldn't let me add the pizza, so I called in the order. 14" pizza, 1/2 and 1/2 toppings times three, and an order of bread sticks. When I got to the store and paid, it was almost $35. Really! So I asked why it was so much since toppings are $2 each and the pizza was $14, they explained that there are 6 toppings on the pizza and not 3 and that's how they bill for it. So I asked how that worked since they're only using 1/2 the toppings and was told "it's not by the amount, it's by the topping". I managed a pizzeria for 5 years, travel for work and I've ordered pizza in pretty nearly every state and I have NEVER been charged this way. Usually, if you order two toppings, 1 on each 1/2, you charge for one topping only. It may seem like I am splitting atoms over $6, but the fact that nobody would correct it irritates me. Especially since I got home and ordered the same pizza online just to check it out and it charged me correctly. The staff was great but obviously misinformed. Sad part is, the pizza tasted great. I was trying to remember the most disappointing wings I ever had, and I remembered they came from here, so may as well write a review. Don't get the wings. I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and they came unsauced so I called and spoke with the manager and she told me they sprinkled the garlic and cheese on before cooking and that's it. Yuck. Bland bland bland. Like boiled chicken. Decent pizza and grinders, so not zero stars. Also the wait times are quite variable. I've waited half an hour for an order, and I've waited two hours for an order to get made. I don't love that there's no warming mechanism for completed orders. They just sit on a shelf getting cold unless you're right there at the counter waiting for your food. Not my favorite. I never suggest this as an option to my family for dinner, but sometimes they ask for it anyway. read more

worse food we ever had the fettuccine Alfredo was cold and noodles were sticky no sauce .The cheese bread was not cooked and did not come sliced like the Woodville location . The Chicago Steak grinder hardly any steak or mushrooms or onions and bread wasn't cooked. Upon calling to complain about the dissatisfaction of quality of service the manager simply said , a 20% coupon of next order. That makes no sense considering you won't compensate by saying do we want it freshly remade and replace it or refund ? No just a coupon. Mancino's is hands down the best pizza stop in Bedford! You can never go wrong with the mancinos pride specialty pizza. Definitely go for the regular crust not the thin crust. The grinders are also very tasty. The Chicago steak (which garlic bread) and Italian are probably the best I have tried. Staff is always very friendly especially the kids working at night even though it can get very busy for them. read more

I know lazy but was long day and baby at home. said 45min-1 hour, hour and 15 min went by and called and asked and seemed they forgot the order and just started making it because we called. said 10-15 mins, offered to pick it up if would be faster but already paid for delivery and tip. long behold an hour and 45 min later pizza and grinders show up...not impressed. not worth the money or the wait. grinders we're ok but not much meat on them, pizza was tiny. never have I had pizza delivery take that long only .3 miles away. safe to say will be picking up from now on, or making dinner with price of eating out nowadays. definitely piss poor attempt by mancinos for dinner tonight, most likely won't return. was excited for it too but that was at 5pm not 7pm. Mancino's continues to go downhill. We don't go as often as we used to, and last night will probably be the final nail and we won't return again. We ordered a large sausage pizza with extra sauce, a large double-cheese pizza and, a chicken parm grinder and a chef salad. The sausage pizza not only did not have extra sauce, it had less sauce than usual, and even the amount of sausage was really skimpy. The double cheese did not have double cheese. Hey, it's pizza - we still ate it but it's not like it was cheap - we spent 50 bucks. I'd recommend other places before Mancino's - heck, even Little Caesars gets the orders right. We had lunch here today. I had the lunch special which is around 7 dollars for half a grinder, a bag of chips, and a drink. Customer service was average with an average wait for our food. Prices were reasonable. The portions are very big. I had an Italian grinder with salt and vinegar chips. Both were very good! read more

How much you enjoy this place will depend on what trade-offs you find acceptable. The food is kind of pricey, but you get a LOT of it, so it's often good for more than one meal. There tends to be a wait if you don't call ahead, but the food ends up being delicious and is actually cooked properly instead of "toasted" like other sandwich places. The lesser used ingredients like feta cheese can be a bit iffy, but the more common items like their cheeses are fantastic. As another reviewer noted there are some people not wearing gloves. I asked about it and they said that the people not wearing gloves handled the food before it went in the oven. The oven is hot enough that it burns off any bacteria, and anyone handling food that doesn't go through the oven, or has already gone through the oven is wearing gloves. read more

Ordered food for dinner, to be delivered. Brought half my order, forgot my greek salad. Poor teenage delivery girl didn't know what to do. Called again - had them redeliver the salad- which they were unsure about doing. I'm not sure there are any actual adults working there. This time they forgot the chicken I paid extra for. Called again - they can not refund my salad - but would credit me incase I want to order there again. Um no. So another option - they can run me out another salad, but it will take atleast 45 more minutes. At this point - it will be 2 hrs before I get my salad. After speaking with the manager Evan - he argues with my husband and IS NOT going to refund me for my salad. Apparently he can't figure out how to refund someone a portion of their order. Hmmm not sure how they can charge me for an item not received. I didn't even ask for my entire order refunded - just my salad. Rude, unprofessional and food - eh! At my work we had Mancinos delivered for us. I never had this pizza before so I wasn't sure what to think of it. We didn't actually get to pick what we had delivered so we weren't quite sure what to expect. We had salad with a variety of salad dressings and salad actually was very good it was pretty basic but pretty good. The pizzas we had ones to choose from. When was called a vegetable pizza and I saw black olives and a few other things on there. I personally did not try this pizza however the people that did said it was very good. The next was a bacon cheeseburger pizza. I tried this one and it was okay I would just probably never order it myself I did not like the onions on this one. The last one was a Hawaiian pizza and while I normally don't like these I actually liked it from this place. However I think that is due to actually liking their Pizza rather than carrying a ton about what is on top of it. The cross was neither too thick nor too thin but had a wonderful flavor to it. The sauce was not overpowering and did not have a ton of sugar added. Overall it was a very good pizza and I would definitely order it again however next time I would order it myself and not have it through work so that I could pick my own toppings. read more
