He got back to me within 10 minutes of my original inquiry and I had an estimate less than 24 hours later! The work he did was done promptly! He was very understanding of our crazy schedule and kept a very open line of communication with me! His prices are very fair for the quality of work he delivers! I would highly suggest giving him a call if you're in need of any repairs! He will be my go-to handyman in Stillwater from now on! The Stillwater community is very lucky to have him!

We hired James to do a complete refresh on a property in Stillwater, OK and he did an amazing job…read more The overhaul included painting the entire house, including walls, ceilings, trim and doors. New kitchen cabinets and countertops. New front door with trim. And a complete remodel of the bathroom - he took the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the entire bathroom modernizing it. He was the ultimate professional and followed through on everything he said he would do. He kept us informed throughout the 5 week project, even coming in under the estimated timeline by 1 week. I appreciated his honesty and regular, consistent communication so that we were always informed as we are out of town owners. I would definitely ask James to work another project without hesitation.

James installed an exterior back patio door on my home in Stillwater, OK. He did a wonderful job! His craftsmanship and attention to detail resulted in a dramatic reduction of cold air penetration into my home over the winter and resulted in a decrease in my heating bill. Additionally, he customized the door per my specifications to accommodate my enormous Mastiff with an X-Large dog door. He maintained the pristine condition of the door before, during, and after installation. Even during demolition of the previous door, James worked methodically to preserve the interior finish framing and reuse it with the new door. It looks perfect. Finally, his jobsite management was thorough and efficient. Not a single scrap of construction debris was left behind. He was in and out quick and did quality work. Will use again on bigger jobs!

I requested service for Monday at 9am for a deep house cleaning. Lilian reached out to me Monday…read moremorning at 7:10 am and stated she had to terminate an employee that morning due to their unreliability and they were the one supposed to be coming to clean my house. She asked to reschedule it to Friday morning at 9am and that she would personally come to do the cleaning. I was irritated but tried to be understanding and told her that would be fine. Friday morning at 8:08 am Lilian texted me and stated that she can't make it to my clean today so she went ahead and refunded my money. I was quite frustrated with the lack of professionalism and her ability to be unreliable. Thought it ironic, considering she supposedly fired someone on Monday for their reliability when that is exactly what she was with me. Lilian was kind but after the whole experience I certainly wouldn't recommend Stilly Cleaning.
