Shop after shop refused to fix this simple thing. Nobody could believe I wanted to fix the thing. It had a hole in the floor. I did some online research and found these folks. These guys are artists. Welcomed me like family. I met with Seth, he took a look and quoted a fair price. We had a game plan and the car was repaired in a few weeks. It is BETTER than new. I am back on the road with my Jeep and these guys did a great job. They love all Jeeps and do beautiful work. They saved my Jeep from the scrap heap and I didn't have to go buy a new car. Most of your correspondence with her was in writing, so to say I heard it 2nd hand is a bit silly. The bottom line is that you didn't offer her a quote, and that's what you were repeatedly asked for. Instead of running her off from the sticker shock of a high quote, you frustrated the customer by not giving her what she asked for, and you were pretty insulting about it. Moving to Houston put a lot of stress on my car - long hot summers, not so smooth roads, train tracks, and lots of miles logged to get pretty much anywhere. But somehow, 16 years and 204K miles later, this ultimate driving machine still drives wonderfully. The team at Bavarian Machine keeps this dream alive. After struggling to find a good mechanic for my bimmer, I located these guys through the BIMRS network (check it out if going out of area, network of BMW mechanics. My Philly mechanic clued me in to this). I was hesitant, as it seemed a little pricey, though I liked the approach. They don't just take your car in, start slapping parts at it, and call it fixed. They schedule an overview inspection to get to knew your vehicle, its needs, and your comfort level. Not only did I do this, but I sprung for the full blown level II major service inspection - costly, but now I knew every loose nut and bolt. They track your maintenance records, incorporate any old one you might have, and set up a preventative schedule. As an engineer, I know this approach is far superior. It may seem like you are spending a lot of capital, but you are greatly extending the life of your vehicle. If you wait until it breaks, you could end up spending twice as much in domino failures, and lost time from work. And to top it off, after servicing your vehicle, they wash it! I left it for the day, came back and it was washed and vacuumed. Booyah! CAVEAT - This shop is for owners who love their cars. If you really don't care about your car, don't bother coming here. You will think it is overpriced and unnecessary.

This shop knowingly completed unnecessary service on my vehicle simply to swindle me out of a…read morehundred bucks. I had my vehicle towed here after experiencing engine problems; it was late Saturday evening, I was in an unfamiliar neighborhood, and I was catching a flight shortly after, so I picked the closest shop possible. When they opened on Monday, they called me to get the details, and everything was fine until they completed the diagnostic without consulting me first. Turns out, my repairs are covered under warranty, and the dealership service providers will have to rerun the diagnostic regardless. Of course, the diagnostic is completely covered under warranty, but at the shop it's $150. I spoke with several other service providers at the dealership beyond, and all agreed that the mechanics would have and should have known immediately to hold off on any diagnostics, and deferred to the dealership, due to the fact that my car is new and has very few miles on it. I contested the charges and scheduled a tow truck to take my car to the dealership. The service advisor responded by telling me that she would withhold my keys from the tow truck driver until I had paid my bill... for a service that, frankly, they clearly performed only to make a quick buck off me. I know it's hard just $100, but it's unethical, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

They are listed as a towing service with Farmers insurance . On October 2,2018 my son needed to get his car towed due to what we thought was dead battery, but it turned out to be the alternator. The place we took it said it would be $1000 which is way too much, the tow driver then stated to my son that he could do the repair for $150 and we buy the parts. Good deal right? We were so very wrong, as the man was doing the repair, my son said he was taking a part things that should not have been touched, my son felt he didn't know what he was doing and didn't want to pay him the entire $150, he offered him $80 just to go away. The man (Omar Naser Sr.) and my son both became upset and my son called the police. They were no help and gave my son a hard time, although he was the one who called. The man received the money and went on his way. My son told me the car is undriveable so I took it for a test drive myself. This man turned my son's car into a death trap. The car kept trying to shut off and the steering wheel would lock up while driving. I called the company and the man who answered stated he was the manager (Mike), I tried to explain what happened but he hung up on me twice I sent a text message with no response. My son uses this car to get back and forth to school. Today is October 19, 2018 and his car is finally back up and running, no thanks to dynasty towing. I tried once more to reach out to them before I posted anything negative about them and they still have my number blocked. We are out $645! $125 for the battery, $370 for the alternator and $150 labor. All we were trying to do is get our money back, but since they won't speak with us to get a resolution I feel this is our only recourse. That $645 has to come out of my son's financial aid money. Don't make the same mistake we did. DON'T HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING!!!
