I was looking on Auto Traders for a nice, reliable used Infiniti. I'm a woman who doesn't know much…read moreabout cars, but I did research the year, model, and a price for the car I wanted. After finding the one I liked, I checked out the CarFax and set an appointment with Sunay to see it the next day. He does not haggle the price. Based on my hours of research, he simply priced it at fair market value. In fact, it was a better deal than another major auto center. He offered a fair trade-in value for the car I was driving in. I was an easy sell, signed the dotted line after getting it inspected. As he was about to hand me the keys from the car wash, he tells me that there is a wheel-bearing problem and he'd like to fix it on them since they didn't catch it before. I find out later that this would have been an expensive thing to fix. I have been driving the car for over 6 months and purposely waited to make sure the car checked out before reviewing. I have had no issues with the car and really enjoy my purchase. I feel they were honest and fair with their dealings and for that reason, I would recommend this place to others who don't want to haggle but just want to find a nice used car.

I'd strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here. I secured outside financing through…read morePenFed and, at their request, sent proof of funds so they would hold the vehicle for me. They agreed to the hold based on that proof. Despite that agreement, they sold the vehicle to another buyer without notifying me. No call, no chance to complete the purchase, nothing. They asked me to jump through hoops to prove I was a serious buyer, I did exactly that, and they went back on the deal anyway. If a dealer will ask for proof of funds, agree to hold, and then sell out from under you, there's no reason to trust anything they promise. I can't recommend them.

I ordinarily give 5 stars to restaurants but this place definitely deserve some love. I came by…read morehere after searching for some wheels for my car and Carlos went the extra 7 miles to assist in fitting some rather difficult to fit my ride (all wheel drive, trying to fit staggered). The Service: phenomenal. I had to come here multiple times due to my incessant indecisiveness and Carlos guided me in the customization of my wheels. Initially I decided on some XIX that just rubbed a bit in my wheel well and I was able to come back after driving it to switch to different sets and offset rims. Eventually, I gave up running staggered on my wheels since my traction control went ape Sh*t and he actually mounted multiple wheels and tires set up just so I can visualize it on my car. I have been to multiple automotive places and this is definitely going beyond what I expected! Carlos is easy to work with and is obviously passionate about his craft! The goods: they specialize in XIX rims but they can pretty much get anything and will work with you (like they did me)
