Lynch Toyota - Receipt #3

Excellent, knowledgeable and accomodating team that was instrumental in our being able to purchase…read morethe new car we just picked up today. I travel extensively for work, US & International, so making time to purchase a car the old fashion way (multiple trips to dealership/test drive at dealership/etc) and specifically for a car that was being introduced in 2026 was not an option for us, and the team at Lynch Toyota - From JR (Client Advisor); Clayton (Online Support), and Jonathan (Finance) made it happen from start to finish and even Adrian at the dealership front desk made today's car pick up process a breeze. We have been a long time Subaru family nationwide, so deciding to purchase the new "2026 Toyota RAV4 PHEV Woodland" was a big family discussion topic with lots and lots of questions that always started with Why? For us, long SUV PHEVs total range with high electric range and solid reliability in harsh winter/snow climates were key in narrowing down the possible car options and the 2026 RAV4 PHEV Woodland was far and above all the rest that we looked at. After deciding on the car, then we looked at the nearby dealership reviews and reached out with simple questions to a couple of them with the highest customer ratings, and it was at this point that the quick follow up by the Lynch Toyota team helped to make up our mind early on. We started our search process in November 2025, and knew the car was coming, but that it would not likely be here until May or June 2026, but with the help of the Lynch Team - we configured the car specs and they kept us informed along the way on the progress of deliveries - they found the exact configuration we wanted; reached out, and we put our deposit on the car. They also shared the various financing options and financial partner options, and gave us the latitude to make our own decisions each step of the way. The last challenge we faced was that I was again heading on the road overseas, and while the car was in the US - it did not make it to the dealership before my departure - it actually made it the day after I had to leave, but they made sure to hold the car for the 4 weeks I was away, and while it was also the only Woodland in stock - they did not abuse the car with multiple test-drives for potential customers and we very much appreciated that. Today at pick-up, we did not have a lot of time and they had all the paperwork ready to go by the time we got there, but Jonathan (finance) was on time for our appointment and took the time to explain each of the documents i was signing and all the warranties, and JR (Client Advisor) went thru each of the many new great features that this model is introducing - many of which I was not aware off/even after doing all our research - so very much apprecitated, and Adrian (Dealership Front Desk) even gave us a tour of where we would be coming back for oil changes and any service we may need. Bottomline, fron online to pick up - this was an excellent, knowledgeable and accomodating team that you will not go wrong with in purchasing your new car - specially, if your time is limited.

WARNING WARNINGWARNING. Lynch toyota in manchester ARE ALL CROOKS!…read more I bought two upper crotrol arms from Lynch Toyota. I have a lift on my truck and had them put on by a local garage. I got the wrong arms. Thats my fault. So after 3 months I finally go the correct ones, went to Lynch to Toyota, made and appointment, and then went to the service department to get an idea how much is going to cost that way ill be ready. So I talked to this old man like in his 70s and walks with a limp. He goes to the garage bay, talks to a guy for like 10 minutes, comes to the front and talks to another guy by the alignment station (he seems to be the head of managing that section). He comes to me and tells me, "yeah, we need to lift the truck bed to replace the upper control arms"... WTF! These people have burned me a few times before. So I was ready for their bool ! I already explained to this old dude what I already had done in the truck (the above) and he comes and tell me this bool ! He then comes out and says, "let me go out and look at your truck to see if it needs to get lifted and do my research ". He comes back, takes 3 other customers and ignores the out out of me . I left... never again. I see all the seniors in here and guess what? They're robbing them too. All you women, they ate robbing you... they are robbing everybody. Everybody in the proximity of Lynch Toyota knows they are crooks . No tundra needs the truck bed lifted to replace the upper control arms. I been watching YouTube videos on how to replace them. It literally took one guy 10 minutes to replace one control arm. These crooks were planning to charge me like $10,000 to replace my upper control arms AND NEVER LIFT THE TRUCK. Even though they ate not going to do anything, Im going to repor this crooks to the DMV and the state attorneys generals office ... STAY AWAY FROM THESE GARAGES! THEY ARE CROOKS.

About a month ago, I went to Vernon Auto Sales to buy my truck (2017 Dodge ram... The verdict was it was the water pump which I know is not an inexpensive repair. And then they told me that the water pump was so bad that they didn't feel comfortable letting me drive it. They told me that it was covered under their 30 day warranty so it would be no charge. But there was a problem. I had no way home and no way to get back up to pick the truck up when it was done And then the best surprise of all, they gave me a free loaner and even took it out to put gas in it. I have never been treated as well as I have at Vernon Auto Sales. Should I need another vehicle, I know where I'm going!

I made the call the next morning when I found the damage, and I got the run around for 2 weeks. After calling several times, I found out that Jeff insisted that he did not do it. Jason told me he had to wait for Al to return to get an answer. I called 2 or 3 more times in the next week and a half to follow up, and finally was told that Vernon Auto refuses to take responsibility, and if I wanted the damage fixed it was on me at that point. Really disappointed after giving this business 20k plus.

Well not even 5 years after this purchase my hybrid battery is dead because of water from the rain, the Lexus dealership took apart the car to find that this dealership sealed the water break with silicone they patched this car up and sold it to me. My mechanic never saw this because it was inside the trunk of my car. These people are criminal! I will never buy another car from a used car dealership again.

I bought a 2013 Range Rover Sport from Wael at Yara Motors in May 2023. I have driven about 3,500…read moremiles since then, and have waited to post a review, to ensure that any problems had time to present themselves. I can happily say that the car has performed admirably in that time (no small feat, given the notorious unreliability of JLR products). I can confidently say that I bought a gem. I live in MD and found the car online. I've bought used cars at a distance before (sometimes sight unseen), and as a car enthusiast I'm used to traveling when the right one pops up. This one matched the model/color/spec I wanted so, despite it being in CT, I reached out to Yara Motors and explained that I was interested. Initially, when I explained over the phone that I wasn't local, Wael - the owner of the dealership - was a little hesitant. Perhaps he's had poor experiences with out-of-state customers in the past. I understand. People are flaky. Nonetheless, I persevered, and he seemed reassured when I booked a flight to CT for two days later. I arrived to find a small, independent dealership stocked with used, low mileage luxury cars (Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc.) that appeared to be in nice condition. I spent an hour looking over the Rover myself, during which time I hooked it up to my OBD scanner to check for error codes (there were none) and chatted with Wael and his mechanic about the car's history. They were friendly and welcoming. The front suspension bushings had been replaced in preparation for the sale (they wear quickly on these heavy cars) and an alignment had been performed. The alloy wheels had more curb rash than I expected and the front tires, while within legal limits, were worn unevenly (likely as a result of the car being driven by its previous owner on worn suspension bushings). But otherwise the car was in mint condition. Even the original window sticker was still in the car along with the factory toolkit, manuals, and all-weather floor mats. Wael would not accept a lower amount for the car but, in his defense, he had priced it fairly already. I bought it on the spot, with Wael kindly driving me to the bank to collect the money order. My drive home was enjoyable and uneventful, and the car sailed through an MD state inspection right away. When I took it to my local Jag-LR indie mechanic for a lookover, he confirmed that I'd bought an excellent example. Since then, I've changed the oil and tires, obtained and programed a second remote key fob, and bought an additional set of wheels with winter tires. After my first oil change, I sent the used oil to Blackstone Labs for analysis. The report confirms that the engine is wearing in nicely, and all the readings are in spec. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy another car from Yara Motors again. Thanks Wael!
