I bought a car back in December 2024. The sales person was Khaoula Boulhadi . I test drove the car and bought it for 25k 2015 Highlander Limited with 40k. I thought I was getting a great deal . The manager is a snake to say the least. Fast forward 8 months I took the car to Toyota for an oil change it turns out the amplifier has water damage and the car has a hole the body, the size of a baseball (FRAME DAMAGE) in the center console . They took the car back and fixed the issues. the detailing of the car was almost non existent. purchased a truck and barely made it home. contacting them and got the run around for two and a half weeks. they finally only would pay $3,000.00 toward the transmission. we had to pay the rest. the warranty company denied the claim and said it was a pre existing issue. My review was deleted on Google so I figure I'll post it here instead. My father and I went to this dealership to look for a Promaster Cargo Van. We were taken care of by Jeffrey, Mark, and a third guy (forgot his name). All three were patient and respectable. Unfortunately we could not reach a deal with them and then this bald guy (don't know if he was the owner or not) referenced some Rovert Deniro movie, basically telling us to "fuck off". i bought a truck from this place, the check engine light was on the day i picked it up and it had an issue with the rear brakes and the radio didn't work, they fixed the radio but the other issues were never addressed and it spent over 6 weeks at the dealer and to this day the check engine light is still on and I have to take it to a mechanic .. I will never do business with this place again. read more

Would not recommend, terrible experience. I found a car that I wanted, checked the Carfax on my own, and analyzed what repairs, it has had and what it will likely will have. I call the dealer and it automatically goes to the owner Jeffery. I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I show up and meet with Juan who chatted me up and claimed that the vehicle had an aluminum frame, to prevent rust, come to find out later that the frame is just steel. I get to test drive and the car smells, the seat are dirty, the carpets are dirty, the head liner is dirty, the trunk has a dent a foot wide, and the door panels were hanging off with yellow foam sticking out. Jeffery could not open the interior door after the test drive and blamed it on a child lock even though the lock was disengaged. Right after the test drive Jeffery asked me to write a review, at the time I gave him 5 stars to be polite, do not trust the 5 star reviews I am sure he does this to most if not all customers. The purchasing process took several days, even after purchasing they still couldn't get me the registration till a day after. They do not negotiate the price after the test drive so when I told the financing agent that the vehicle's fair value was 20% less (before the vehicle damage and cosmetic issues) he threw a fit. the financing agent referred to the vehicle as 'his car', that he was losing 1,600$ on the deal and he can't go any lower. I have family members in the car business and I am aware cars in 2023 are priced the same as the chip shortage not because they are worth that much but because dealers don't want to drop their prices. Farris Auto dealer prices are over inflated and they know it. My experience with the financing agent was poor I realized that he only asks the same three questions when trying to make conversation, what's your hobbies, where do you live, and how lousy his marriage is. Too many times did he speak about his failing marriage. I regretfully ended up purchasing the vehicle from them. When I received the car the dashboard started blinking that I needed to service my vehicle in 18 days and the low fuel light turned on since they only left me with a quarter of a tank of gas. I found out afterwards that there was spray paint on the carpets, broken glass above the dashboard, in the dashboard and in the storage areas in the door. The back row had ripped seats, there was a layer of garage dust on everything. The spare tire protector was missing, the jumper cables were missing, the battery box protector was missing. The front fender is two different colors of black due to a bad repair job, the hub caps were loose, the engine bay was leaking a strange fluid light and non viscous. I have spent two weeks cleaning it to a level that I am satisfied with and my only sentiment with my experience is that the car is in my position instead of Farris auto dealers. Please do not purchase from them without thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, researching, getting a loan from your own bank and securing your own insurance. Limit your interactions with them as much as possible. The listing online lied about park assist and other features that the vehicle did not have. They have a lot of merchandise and it sits for multiple months, the location is not managed well. read more

Sadly I wish that my experience was one like these reviews. Christian is a nice enough guy.. he tried but I am disgusted. I said to him, it has to pass MA inspection and be a safe car for my daughrer to drive around my grandson (please). He sent me a carfax.. stated that the car was in great condition. Bought the car. He was supposed to send us a copy of registration. Took one week to get a copy and no sticker (which is required to inspect it in MA). The car is still not inspected. As of yesterday, the car started getting lots of stuff come up on the dash. "get car maintenanced" "low tire pressure" and the car was leaking something. I called the dealership and left a message. Chris, the owner, called me this morning to tell me because I didn't buy the warranty, that I am basically on my own for any repairs. NOT COOL. So my daughter went from one car needing repairs to another - didn't even get a full week out of having a new car. The car still isn't even inspected yet. So now I need to find a mechanic to fix it. And the oil wasn't even changed when we bought it. Not a great way to run a business. read more
