The crust is thin and tasty, the toppings phenomenal, and overall fresh. A bit steep for around $9 a slice, but eh, it's expected from a place at the packing house. Parking was tough, and finding an open table wasn't much easier. There are only a couple tables with 2 seats in front of the counter. So, you'll have to hunt down a table for any larger parties. They have the pizzas on display, so you can pick your slices. Staff is pretty patient while you decide between all the options and let us know that each large slice is cut into 2 pieces. I ordered the chicken and spinach slice and the prosciutto slice. The crust was not too thick or too thin, with just enough chew. The toppings tasted incredibly fresh, and even the vegetables still had a bright flavor after being baked. Everything was flavorful enough that I didn't need ranch or any other condiments. - Chicken and spinach slice: My favorite! The white sauce was creamy with good flavor, and the chicken was tender. - Prosciutto slice: The tomatoes added a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, but I wish there had been more prosciutto.
