Because we live out of state we wanted to make sure the gift arrived on-time, and with literally 2 days before the wedding our only choice was to overnight the gift. We called and spoke with the owner to let her know that we had sent the package. Michelle B. was so wonderful about it, she didn't hesitate to send updates throughput the day until she received the package. As promised, she set up the gift on the table as requested. Michelle's kindness during this time truly made us feel a little less sad about missing this big day. I can only imagine the love and passion she has for all her events at D&D. Personality - An extremely kind and friendly professional, Jennie will literally climb a mountain or tree to get the best angle for a picture of you. She is a dedicated person who is an absolute delight to interact with. Responsive and thorough, she is an ideal vendor. Pricing - Jennie has levels of pricing that can accommodate anyone. We had originally booked her longest package for 10 hours of shots and an assistant. The wedding was thrown off by COVID-19 and she was extremely flexible and thoughtful in letting us switch to a new 3 hour schedule. She charged us no fee and sent us a new contract right away. Her flexibility saved us tons of stress during a very difficult time. We wanted her there no matter what! Quality - During the ceremony, I (the bride) broke out into serious hives that were clearly visible from my neck and down my arms. I was devastated that all the photos would clearly show my stress from the day. Not on Jennie's watch! She spent WEEKS meticulously taking off every hive from those photos and making me seem flawless that day. I couldn't believe it and cried with relief when we got the photos. All the photos were so flattering and had gorgeous lighting. Her photo cues and set ups are fantastic. She truly celebrates all kinds of love and is an open and loving individual. I wish I could thank her more for the beautiful memories she gave us. With her, we forgot about the change wedding, the pandemic, and the logistical issues of the day and she didn't need to tell us to smile big (we felt it already)! Thank you, Jennie - we adore you!

Thank you Heidi and Heather for creating all of the gorgeous flower arrangements for my wedding!…read more I love fresh flowers, but also realize there is an environmental impact of them when it's off-season for local flowers. Since we were having a May wedding, we realized local flowers were not an option. We wanted a florist to create my bouquet and bouquets for the bridal party but who was also willing to work with us to create the tablescapes with live succulents, orchids and other flowers. For the bouquets - we needed three different sizes - a larger bridal one, ones for siblings walking down the aisle and one for nieces who were teenagers. Heidi and Heather are so talented and I am so impressed with everything they came up with! They're also so patient and will iterate with you until they get your vision perfectly nailed down. My mom and I really wanted to be involved with designing the tablescapes. We spent an afternoon with Heidi and Heather mocking them all up so they were all unique. They're so creative and really brought our vision to life!! And when we had some changes to tables - they adjusted everything accordingly. You'll see all in the pictures (I covered faces with emojis because I didn't ask for their permission to post the photos.) We were particular with some of our asks and they made them all happen. We wanted a bridal bouquet sample - which I'm glad we did because it helped me better articulate my vision and give feedback. I recommend every bride does this - it's worth spending the $50-60 on a smaller bouquet (that you'll get to enjoy - I timed it around a holiday and used it as the centerpiece) to see what your vision will look like so on the day of your wedding, you know what you're getting. I also asked that all of the little ceramic pots they got the potted flowers in kept so they could be reused vs. trashed. They were so wonderful to work with and were willing to go above and beyond - some examples: sourced orchids from Trader Joe's to keep the price down, dropped my bridal bouquet off at our airbnb where I was getting ready vs. the venue so I could have it for my couples pictures, and worked with us to also create our escort card display and a welcome drink display. I have only good things to say about Heidi and Heather - whether you need flowers for a wedding or event, or just need a bouquet or two - contact these ladies! They are experts and so talented! PS: Another wonderful thing is because they do both wedding and everyday floral arrangements - they can also be your go-to florist after your wedding too!
