RELIEVED. That's the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about my experience with renting my condo through Manger 4 Less. Truth be told: like everyone else I'm good at some things and not good at some others, and dealing with people is not my specialty, nor is patience. Both qualities, however, are needed - in ample amounts - when you are renting a property, more so when the property in question is not exactly in the best of condition. My previous renter, whom I took on someone's recommendation, had been frequently late in paying the rent and, if that was not enough, had also damaged the property considerably. When I showed my property to the staff of Manager 4 Less, they, naturally enough, said that with damages being as serious and conspicuous as they were, they would not be able to get me a very good rent. I concurred with them, but didn't have much money on me to spend on repairs and told them so. Always on the ball, they suggested some cost-effective repairs. Thanks to their advice, I got almost as good a rent that I would have got had my property been in top condition. If you are looking for top notch property managers who know what they are talking about and who have your best interests in mind, you might want to give these guys a call. Patrick and his team at Manager 4 Less exceeded our expectations of a property management company. They go above and beyond to make renting from them as easy and comfortable as possible. My husband and I actually looked at 2 homes under their management until we finally applied and become tenants of one. Each property was well taken care of and each time they were shown, all of our questions and concerns were answered. We lived in a home of theirs for about a year and a half and I wish more than anything that we didn't have to relocate for medical and career reasons because they made renting much easier than most companies I have experienced. Anytime there was an issue as far as repairs and things, it was handled immediately. Every time we contacted the team via email it was answered promptly and thoroughly. Last year Manager 4 Less helped my girlfriend and me find a nice 2-bedroom condo for rent. When we approached Lina, whom we found to be a very likable and knowledgeable person, we were sure about what we wanted, where and at what price. She patiently listened to us and promised to get back within 72 hours. Much to our surprise, she bettered her promise: she invited us on a property tour the very next day! We were thoroughly impressed with Lina's in-depth knowledge about the property; in the past we have had property managers who on the property tour day acted like they had never visited the property before. I'm really impressed with this property managment company. Theyre incredibly professional, responsive, and just great at customer service. Anytime something comes up with my property, they jump on it right away and take care of everything--sometimes even making it better than it was before. What I appreciate most is how dedicated they are to their clients. They always shop around for the best repair prices and work hard to keep costs down without cutting corners on quality. The plumbing situations have been a perfect example--theyre super proactive and manage to line up a good plumber almost immediately, even when everyone else is quoting 24 to 48 hour waits. Their communication is excellent, which makes a huge difference. It's such a relief knowing things will actually get handled. This is a great company. Since our early twenties, my wife and I have invested in a lot of income real estate, especially in North San Diego County. We went to see a place last year in Carlsbad that I found on Hotpads. Patrick had an open house there and we really wanted it once we saw it. Our income was a little lower than required but Patrick worked with us to get us qualified and in the place. We had to pay a higher security deposit but we were able to move in without any issues. We had good response to maintenance issues and there was flexibility in how different things that happened there were handled. When we gave our notice to move out he worked with our changing departure schedule. He is a super nice guy and it felt like he cared for our situation and our well being. He also gave us a reference of another company to work with when we decided to move out of the area. We moved to Oceanside from across the country August 2018, we never saw our home before moving into it due to the distance so we were trusting the videos and photos. During the course of our year in this rental we had several issues. However Patrick along with his contractors made sure problems were handled in a timely manner as well as professionally.
