We all know how tough it can be to find a gift for our wives every now and then. I find myself trying to get too creative with a gift instead of just getting something I know she likes. Well, gents, Oh Yeah! has it all. The best part is that all you have to do is ask one of the ladies in the store to help you put together some things that your wife would like and you end up with something way better than what you would have gotten on your own. Women know what women want and these women helped me big time. In addition to this, you are supporting a locally owned and operated business! Do yourself a favor and stop at Oh Yeah! next time you need to surprise your bride/girlfriend/fiancé/baby mama with something nice. These ladies will not let you fail!

Plus, there's an adorable pooch in the back who allows free rubbies - so bonus! :) Every staff member is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. My most recent visit was to adjust a T&Co chain (necklace). Eco Estate did the alteration for a mere $30 (Tiff's estimate was $150+!) and Eco had the piece back to me within days (Tiffany warned me 6-8 weeks!). Imma happy glamper. ;) Fabulous, trusted business to leave even my most precious jewelry pieces for cleaning or repair. And, of course, if you're looking to add to your collection (or find the perfect gift) they have a large inventory of assorted, unique rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, lots of really cool vintage, and more. If you can't find something you like, they even have a gifted craftsman who can custom make a piece. Love it! Support local; support small business. :D

I returned the gifts (and was clear it was a bday gift) and was told by the incompetent sales person that the items would be credited to my account for future use. I asked if I would receive a physical gift card but instead she gave me the receipts totaling almost $200 and said that credit was mine and it would be under my name at the store. I finally was ready to use the credit a year later and come to find out she had returned the credit to my gifter and not Me! And the manager of the store checked and saw the credit was indeed out back to my gifter but that the credit was already spent by her. She said I'm so sorry and did nothing to make that right. So I'm now out of my birthday gift credit because of someone else's incompetence at the store. Frustrated to say the least

I chose this small business expecting attention to detail and care. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I was told a single seam would need to be opened to do the embroidery. I declined their suggestion to use vinyl, as I didn't want to compromise the tie's quality. I asked that the seamstress call me before beginning. Instead, I got a text from an unknown number -- not ideal, but I went along with it. I agreed to remove one seam and requested the thread be saved for color-matching later. That was dismissed, and the tone quickly became curt and unhelpful. A week later, I picked up the tie to find it had been completely taken apart -- far beyond what was discussed -- and the monogram design looked nothing like what we agreed on. The sun graphic resembled a blotch or bug, not the clean symbol I requested. The seamstress never spoke with me directly, and the staff simply offered excuses. What I would've appreciated most was honesty. If they couldn't meet my request, I would've gladly taken my business elsewhere. Instead, I spent $180 on the tie, $35 on the monogram, and now another $30 to have it repaired -- all for a result I didn't ask for. I don't take writing negative reviews lightly, but I hope this encourages Monogram Lady to communicate more clearly and stand behind their work.
