DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE OF DAN F.!!! We were moving from Denamrk to the UK, with a 2 year old and a 3 month old and I was recovering from a bad C-section. We requested quotes for a move with 2 movers. We were very specific that we not only needed to move our things, but 2 men to do the moving. Dan was extremely responsive up until we paid him a £600 deposit for the job. After this, we had almost no communication. When I finally reached him, he forgot that he had agreed to move us on the date discussed (which was all confirmed via email and well documented). I was trying to reach them for weeks leading up to the move with no response. One phone call was answered the day before the scheduled move and Dan told me he would call me right back, which never happened. We had no idea if anyone was coming to move us. The morning of the move, a man showed up with a truck. He had been subcontracted from Poland and spoke no English. After a lot of difficulty in trying to understand each other, we finally figured out that he was telling us he was only a driver and wouldn't move a thing. This was an absolute disaster. We had to call everyone we knew to rush over and help us load up the truck and watch the kids. When the truck arrived at our new residence in England, we were told to hand over the full amount of cash. We tried to reach Dan over and over again to discuss this. We were not willing to pay for a job that was supposed to be 2 movers when we had to do it all ourselves. We couldn't get through and the driver's boss told him to shut the truck up and leave with our things unless we paid it. Basically, we were screwed. We have two small children.
