It was a very relaxing entry. Their stylish bar is immediately on the left side with counter seating and tables. The dining area is straight ahead with check-in as you enter. The staff are friendly and welcoming here. Our server was Kevin, who was very attentive and at our table within a minute with helpful recommendations and brought us nice cold water right away, which was appreciated. We ordered their white Sangria, which was really good! They know how to make them! Very refreshing! My daughter ordered the Prime Rib with Parmesan mashed potatoes for her main meal. I ordered the RibEye steak with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Here is where Superior Service comes in! Kevin and John, the manager, came to the rescue immediately. It was not Kevin or John's fault whatsoever but the mashed potatoes were over-salted and inedible. Both my daughter's and mine. My ribeye was tough, not tender, and had a very strange bitter taste to it that I couldn't handle. Kevin was on it right away and asked what I would like to substitute with. I picked the Prime Rib because my daughter said hers was delicious. She switched to the Loaded Baked Potato and so did I. My Prime Rib was excellent. The problem was solved quickly and the replacements were delicious. Our Mother's Day dinner was a success after all. Then, on top of everything, John presented us with a VIP Mother's Day $10 gift card for our next visit. We topped it all off by ordering the Chocolate Brownie with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. It was outstanding!! The Brownie was chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. Firebird has a great menu with lots of delicious looking items on it. We will be back soon to try other things that caught our eyes. And ask for Kevin's area! Parking is on the street. The first restaurant opened in 2011 in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in a former Burger King. They have now grown to over 120 restaurants in 20 states and internationally. They also own Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. I ended up at this BurgerFi by accident but it ended up being a happy one. I was actually in line two doors down at another burger restaurant, Skinny Louie's which had just opened. The line was so long and I kept getting pushed and shoved by the people moving past me. After not moving an inch for over 10 minutes I peered over to see where some music was coming from. That is when I spotted the buy one burger get one free sign at BurgerFi and it was enough to get me to come on over. It turns out that they were celebrating their five year anniversary. They had a DJ, coloring station for the kids, coupons, and food specials. I thought it was only the burgers that were buy one get one free but they ended up giving me two whole meals with fries and drinks for the price of one cheeseburger. They even brought some ice cream over after. The manager Mark made me feel so welcome as did the other employees. It was the complete opposite of my experience at Skinny Louie's where I felt like I was just in the way. Everyone thanked me for coming in. I left very full and very happy.

Throughout our entire time there, an employee was wearing headphones and singing loudly and nonstop, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for customers. This behavior continued the entire visit and was not addressed. Additionally, when a cup was forgotten from my order, I had to repeatedly ask for it and was deliberately ignored while standing at the counter. This location appears to be severely mismanaged. The lack of sanitation, professionalism, and basic customer service is unacceptable by any standard. BurgerFi is typically a reliable brand, which makes this location stand out in the worst possible way. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made.
