Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. We went for the first time and had a great time. We were in Spot 215 which was next to the restroom / showers. Larger spot. Not near the road or on the other side where there's no sewer hookup which is by some buildings. The tent sites were in front of us. Those seemed nice. But beware there's an electrical box in the middle. There's also more tent sites that's not shown on the map. Those are really nice. But towards the back is a neighborhood and elementary school. The camp hosts were nice. They kept the campground really clean. We will be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. Our spot was Amazing 203 full hook ups surrounded by tall evergreens. Short bike ride or walk into town. Free trolly can pick you up across the street at the visitors center and takes the loop through town. Dogs must wear a muzzle !!!! Fall is the best time when leaves change and not to cold or crowded. Definitely be back

We camped for fathers Day weekend 6.17-20.21 Tried booking in April but all the RV Hook ups were already all unavailable. This Rv Park is a mixture of RV & tent camp grounds available. It's right in the beginning when you enter Mammoth Lakes. Can't miss it. Lots of amenities including a pool available. There is a restroom with individual rooms included with sink, toilet & shower if privacy is wanted near the sink area to wash items/dishes. It's clean every morning. So it's pretty clean. They have sink where there are 2 double sink available. For your convenience. One star deducted for it being so dusty for the non pave dirt road. Per mine and my husband rating for this park. I mean what do you expect for outdoor camping. We did encounter a bear visit on Saturday morning on our camp site. Besides everything else. There is no other complaint. Will definitely book here in the future.

Such a lovely place to camp. Bathrooms are clean and the park is quiet. Centrally located close to town.

How is the WiFi connection at the RV park?

Yes. They have 2 different WiFi channels. We got "kicked off" a few times during our 2-night stay. The connection was strong enough for us to look up local hikes and eats.

    Full hook ups?

They have two types of rv sites. The standard are just water and electricity. The premium sites also have sewer hookups.

We camped during the COVID re-opening period, so many of the amenities (like the pool, rec room, etc.) were closed.

WONDERFUL little RV Park just steps from Gull lake and a 10 minute walk over to June Lake Marina!…read moreVery clean- lots of gravel... the camp host Nando is the best! And his wife alongside him as well as their little Frenchie Nala! A very dog friendly RV park too! Nando is Super friendly and attentive! Truly desires the guests to be happy and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met! They have a new spa area, 2 beautiful 1 person bathrooms w/shower, a comfortable community clubhouse with couch, chairs huge tv, coffee, creamers, milk, seltzers-all complimentary! Each site has newer firepits and they sell firewood... small, tidy, perfect!! While there's a long list of rules, the park is so chill - not uptight like so many others. It's all about common sense and courtesy... Also, just a five minute walk to the Local Scoop ice cream, the Deli, the general store and June Lake Brewing, where you'll find the La Parrilla food truck, which is amazing! There are a couple other restaurants as well, but most of them are closed Sunday through Tuesday, which is a bummer. None are dog friendly unless a service animal (but not the general store or the balanced rock cantina restaurant-no dogs PERIOD) June Lake Marina offers boat rentals but Gull lake is a little cheaper and much prettier! We checked out a couple other rv campgrounds and this one by far exceeds them all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! No need to go anywhere else!

Over a period of several months I have sent numerous emails, all are unanswered. I have called the company used to schedule the sites and they have not been able to get on contact with the owner. Just trying to cancel a reservation but there is no response from the campground. Procedee with caution with this campground...

Pretty campsite with amenities, but literally in houses backyards. Sites are close to each other…read morewhich isn't the most ideal, especially when people do not abide to the quiet time hours and have no respect for their neighbors. The staff is very friendly, but there is no one enforcing quiet time hours at night so people get loud and rowdy, even after 10pm. Many are super loud before the quiet time ends at 7am which was extremely rude, laughing loud, kids screaming, cooking loudly etc. If you come on the weekend, expect to be surrounded by very loud, obnoxious people that have no sense of decency towards others. People were leaving fires unattended and going to sleep without putting out the fire, which is both extremely unsafe and annoying for others that get a ton of smoke coming into your tents. I don't know if there is a camp host, but if there is, they are not doing their job at all. The showers and bathrooms are ok, nothing to write home about. They could do with some upgrades but you have hot water and some privacy. The back tent only area is nice, more away from the more loud annoying people, and you do see deer and sometimes bear. But if you like to have a more outdoor and nature experience without people that have no respect for nature or others, I would not recommend this campground.
