I stopped in here hoping they could help, and they totally came through. They got me set up with much better gear and were super friendly and patient the whole time. The woman at the front was really welcoming, and the guys who helped me with my gear were kind and easy to work with. They even hooked it up and let us keep the rental an extra day without charging us, which was huge for our trip. Overall just a really positive experience and great customer service. There was a bear on the lake, and it took this guys large trout, haha, he was cool about it and he got pictures with it before the bear,but, what a story, right!?! An hour was enough time to motor around the lake. Next time I think we're going to go for 2 hours, bring a couple beers and some food to pull up on shore, eat and make a thang out of it. Also I recommend eating at the BBQ spot in front of the store, Teddy, has serious bbq skills. Kids were being picky eaters on the trip, but they devoured that burger, wife and I were stoked!

It was beyond nice that we had wonderful service to help get us set up with equipment. We were sized right and efficiently helped and out the door asap. I was a lil skeptical when I saw the rush of picking up equipment since they have a 5:30 pm deadline and there was a line, however it went FAST and they were SUPER helpful and NICE! Also this was a super busy time of year right after New Year's Day and some fresh powder was hitting. The Green Room is located conveniently on Main St between Shat's Bakery and Puerto Vallarta Restaurant. So you can grab some grub before or after. They have plenty of parking and large street signage so they are easy to find. The prices are more than fair and competitive so definitely come here if you are looking for Great Equipment, wonderful service, and any stuff you may want to buy to use on the mountain too - they have a great layout and a lot of stuff you are looking for and need to make your experience that much better.

BE VERY WARY of the Boot Fit bullshit or falling for the Upsell on Service. It is NON EXISTENT…read more Purchased $700 New Boots in March 25, expert skier. They were fit with fanfare lip-service that "Kitterdge stands behind boot fit for a full year and they will address any fit issues, no problem." I skied wearing New Boots only 2-hours at Mammoth prior to major wind/snow storm that forced lifts to close and us to leave. So, at start of 2026, sadly I experienced pain, gaps below food bed, shin blisters and general dismay on the fit of New Boots. With receipts, settings and Business Card for original fitter in hand I called and was asked; . . . "If I was sure that I had bought them there?" Then I was challenged with attitude; "So, you had them fit, skied them, and now have an issue with the fit?" I was blown off completely with the statement; "I am very busy here, will get back to you." Haven't heard a thing. NOTHING !
