The team is absolutely professional and kind. I ran into the owners while I was here which says a lot about the priority they give their business and the RN who administered my IV could not have been better at her job.. They made me comfortable and walked me through every step of the process. I walked out of their office feeling amazing with no question that I will be back.

This is especially important in a place like this, where patients are likely to be feeling on edge and unwell. Both times I've been here, my wait time has been very reasonable. The medical assistant and doctor were both easy to talk to and I really appreciated the doctor's calm and knowledgeable demeanor. One of my visits was for a moderately embarrassing issue and the doctor and MA helped me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any sort of judgement from either of them. My concerns were addressed both times I visited this urgent care and my issues were resolved. This isn't the closest UC to my house at all (I don't even live in this city!), but if time allows, I would absolutely choose this office again. And they are open an hour later than many other urgent cares!

The day before, we hiked Mount Tallac Trail, a strenuous 10-mile round-trip hike through Desolation Wilderness with about 3,200 feet of elevation gain. We started around 10:30 a.m. and it took us about six hours to complete. Between the heat, elevation, and intensity of the hike, we were both completely exhausted, dehydrated, cramping, and definitely in need of some serious recovery. For me, hydration is especially important. I was released from the hospital only three months ago after a six-month stay , multiple surgeries and an ileostomy , and I currently receive infusions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday back home. Since I needed an infusion that Friday while we were in Tahoe, finding this place was perfect timing. Maggie recommended the Myers Cocktail, which ended up being exactly what we needed after such a strenuous hike. She was incredibly informative, kind, professional, and gentle. I am a notoriously difficult stick, especially when dehydrated, but Maggie got my line in with absolutely no pain and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. From start to finish, we had such a great experience. I will absolutely be back whenever I'm in the area, and hopefully we'll be lucky enough to have Maggie take care of us again! Thank you, Maggie, for taking such great care of us!
