I've called Bills Appliance Sales and Service every time I need appliance help. From the…read morereceptionist, Monica, to the technical staff, they are helpful, friendly and efficient. Robert, one of Bills co-owners came out to resolve a problem with my washer, and he arrived on time, and kept me updated. He called after he left and diagnosed the problem, pointing me in a new direction, as the problem isn't my washer. I can highly recommend Bills Appliance, and will continue to use them for my appliance repair in the future.

We appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the Monday morning response from Monica (&…read moreGloria) at Bill's Appliance after I called and left a message over a weekend after our over-the-range microwave started smoking (wasn't in use) and filled the condo with putrid electrical smelling smoke. She scheduled their technician Juan who came a few days later, earlier than the scheduled time, to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer. Parts were ordered and the initial repair was made by Juan and Trevor a week or so later not knowing the heating element had also gone out. That part was ordered and Monica scheduled them to return after the Christmas holiday for the final repair. It was a pricy repair, but living in a rural area, we did not have the choice of replacing our microwave or finding the size and style that met our needs. We would highly recommend Bill's Appliance for your appliance repair needs. Thanks to all of you. Happy New Year!

Our rental property stove stopped working about a week before I contacted AOM (Appliances of…read moreMammoth) to get some pricing for a new electric stove. AMO was one of 3 appliance companies in the area that I contacted, they were the only one that took the time to communicate and get me the information I needed before making a purchase. From the first conversation with Kat, I felt as though I was in good hands. She did not hesitate to get me pricing and send me photos and specs of each stove that was available for what I needed. Once the decision and payment was made, AMO scheduling dept. (Randy) was able to accommodate my schedule since I do not live in the area. The delivery crew was polite and respectful and were able to remove the old stove, deliver and install the new stove with no issues. If you are in need of a new appliance, or repairs on existing appliances in the area of Mammoth Lakes, Ca, don't hesitate to contact AMO.

We are heading into our 4th season with Tim's Snow Removal and we cannot thank Tim and his crew…read moreenough. We have a long driveway and we use our house very often in the winter. We also have a lot of cars in our driveway on most weekends. Tim and his crew always take care of our driveway and they often come back the same day or the day after the storm to re-plow the driveway. Our first year at our house, we used another "reputable" company in town because we heard they been around the longest. They have good staff too. Unfortunately, when we contacted them to re-plow our driveway because of the amount of snow and even willing to pay extra to have it re-plow because it would take all Friday evening to clear the driveway before my friends get in, the owner came to my house, spoke down to me, and told me he will not send anyone to clear the driveway. I was in disbelief by how he spoke to me, and sadly, I spent 3 hours removing snow manually to ensure my friends can park when they arrived. Following year, we switched to Tim's Snow Removal and cannot be happier. Thanks Tim and crew! :)
