The women who clean my home are always kind and trustworthy. A cleaning for my 2000 sq ft. Home takes around 1.5-2 hours - the perfect amount of time as I work from home (and now with Covid the whole family is home.) The cleaning itself is good. The crew comes every other week which is just right for us. They're also very accommodating of schedule changes and requests. For example, when I've had guests visiting from out of town they've been able to fit in schedule changes. They've been really professional in response to COVID precautions. Masks are always fully on when the cleaners are in our home. Finally, I like that the owner pays his cleaners a good and fair wage.

Tub not cleaned; dusting not completed; one whole bedroom not even touched. This is just a small sample of what was missed, not to mention they were in and out in record time. My criteria was for someone who cleans better than me. Cob webs discovered behind doors that remained open. retrieved an item that rolled under the bed and it was covered with dust. Way to expensive for the quality of service. Can't recommend.

We've been with TCA Plymouth for 4 months now, and we continue to be very pleased…read more We're on an every two week cycle, and we've had a couple of different crews come through (which you'll know because they put their names on the note they leave letting you know what rotation area they did). All of the people that TCA has sent in have been professional and done an excellent job. They've not forgotten to clean areas, left personal items or taken anything from our home. Ok, the rotation area concept? The crew cleans your entire house every time, but they deep clean a specific area each visit (examples include 1) foyer-hall-bedrooms or 2) bathrooms). Extra attention to baseboards, knick knacks, etc. My home has never looked better, and I love knowing it's always clean, and I don't need to spend my precious weekend time home from my traveling job scrubbing my house. Our communication with the office has been great. I accidentally gave them the wrong house key so they weren't able to get into our house the first time, and they were so nice about it (even though I completely inconvenienced the cleaning crew, which was rude on my part). Our day, Monday, has been a holiday a couple of times this summer, and the office staff has called well in advance to reschedule for later that week. We've had no reason to call and complain but if that is ever the case, I know they will as professional as always. If you're looking for a cleaning service I can highly recommend TCA.

I had to move/cancel other appts. previously made. They did a horrible job cleaning the house. The house was already cleaned so I requested them to just focus on deep cleaning the bathroom, inside fridge and oven and wipe/sanitize cabinets. Some cabinets and surfaces were still dusty, inside of freezer was still dirty, bath tub was untouched and shower fixtures were not wiped at all. I had to leave for an appointment, I specifically requested them to notify me once they leave as I am paying them on an hourly basis. When I got back home prior to agreed time, they were already gone, did not notify me when they left. This is a complete waste of time and money!
