Beware - get this information before hiring a contractor (and hope it doesn't change) just in case you need them to back up one of their strongest advertising claim.

All of the people that TCA has sent in have been professional and done an excellent job. They've not forgotten to clean areas, left personal items or taken anything from our home. Ok, the rotation area concept? The crew cleans your entire house every time, but they deep clean a specific area each visit (examples include 1) foyer-hall-bedrooms or 2) bathrooms). Extra attention to baseboards, knick knacks, etc. My home has never looked better, and I love knowing it's always clean, and I don't need to spend my precious weekend time home from my traveling job scrubbing my house. Our communication with the office has been great. I accidentally gave them the wrong house key so they weren't able to get into our house the first time, and they were so nice about it (even though I completely inconvenienced the cleaning crew, which was rude on my part). Our day, Monday, has been a holiday a couple of times this summer, and the office staff has called well in advance to reschedule for later that week. It's my fault for not calling sooner as I was trying to give them another chance each time. But when I walked into my house yesterday, it was like they didn't even clean. There was very visibly dust everywhere--all over the hardwood floors, the stairs, furniture--the stovetop didn't look like it was cleaned at all, they never cleaned my laundry area, there were dust bunnies in my kids closets and under easy to vacuum furniture, spider webs left everywhere. Things that they were supposed to cleaned as part of a regular cleaning were clearly not done. I called to cancel my service and I asked for a refund from yesterday's cleaning. Apparently they don't do that becuase if they offered money back everytime someone wasn't happy with one part of their service, that would be a problem. I understand that. But my issue with the way they handled it was that they could not seem to understand that my whole house is still dirty. Not just one area. They offered to have a team come back to reclean instead, but then only offered for them to clean the laundry and master bedroom because there were "some dust bunnies and a crumb on the stove," according to the owner, Mike.
