We came in and the greeter said I will remember, but she was also busing tables so when a table opened up another employee had to ask who was next. Seems like employees have multiple jobs but they do not have a rhythm and more importantly they are not working effectively. There also seems to be no sign of management or the owner. As a new business, be present, check in, greet your customers and if you need to be someplace else designate someone on your behalf. People are much more forgiving when they have a face and are personally welcomed. State your issues before someone complains, like the two table near us. Example: "Welcome, we are so happy to have you. I am owner/manager. We are running a little slow in the kitchen we are still in our infancy stage but we hope you enjoy your meal. Good, solid breakfast restaurants are needed in this area so I hope they work out their kinks. As we walked out, they had many people waiting and as they looked around they saw a lot of empty tables with dishes. Finished plates sat in front of customers with no one clearing or checking in if everything was ok, but there was a lot of staff walking around seemingly without purpose.
