When I picked it up and took it to my boat to reinstall I noticed that they melted the plastic housings and screws so now I can't open one of the supports. I contacted the owner Erik who said he couldn't send someone to the marina "ASAP" to repair even though I already paid him for the job. It's been 2 weeks and he still refuses to send someone. He couldn't care less that they made such a stupid, amateur mistake. What kind of a marine welder doesn't notice he melted housings and screws? Then after he isn't embarrassed enough to fix their mistake right away. Don't trust this shop or Erik the owner.

Just head for the side door labeled "Customer Entrance" and you'll find your way in! It's a little confusing, but someone will be out to help you. Not a huge selection of boxes and I think I scored the very last box of wrapping paper, but no worries - they called over to a U-Haul in Wareham and confirmed everything I needed. I took the insurance (it was the really rainy/tornado-warning day in July and I wanted to be covered for anything & everything) got some basic instructions on operating the truck, and they estimated an approximate total for the rental which was dependent on the final, actual mileage. When I was done, I just dropped the keys off and drove away, no problem leaving my car in the lot while I had the truck. A few days later I received an email with the final receipt (lower than the estimate, woo hoo!) and realized the most difficult thing about the whole move was trying to roll down the driver-side window - it's a manual handle in a slightly awkward position, so I was happy with the whole deal. In fact, I'm going to rent again to move some boxes into storage this summer - this was easy and cost less than I expected!!
