We all ordered USDA filets in the mid $80 range. I ordered mine medium. It was overcooked. No pink/red in the middle and very dry. I was a bit disappointed. We were never rushed. At the end, they brought a piece of cake for the birthday celebrant and a huge cotton candy for the table to enjoy. We each had individual bills. I assume because I was English speaking, they converted mine from pesos to US$'s. I always pay in pesos. The tip has been added and my bill was $139. Not sure how it went from $88 to $139. At one point I had come back with a second plate and was surprised by a dessert left at the table with a happy anniversary sign on it. He was excellent at trying to make our vacation memorable. The service was so great we went back the next day but this time we had a different server. As soon as the other guy (maldonado) saw us he came over to be our server. He was very kind and attentive and I really appreciate good service. Went back another night for dinner. Our server was also great, but I don't remember his name. Only negative I would have to say about dinner time was that it was very very dark.
