Malu Productions put on an INCREDIBLE show at their Sea Life Park Luau! I was visiting from Toronto to Oahu, Hawaii and really wanted a special experience for my 30th birthday. Through word of mouth, I came across a few Luau's the island had to offer and chose this specific one based on previous reviews, location and atmosphere! Hands down a wonderful experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting the island. Parking was very easy, the location was a backdrop of gorgeous mountains and ocean with a greeting of some beautiful purple fresh leis put around my neck! The show was organized with a great bar service as well as delicious and large portions/variety of Hawaiian food. The show was interactive and friendly to all ages as EVERYONE was smiling and clapping at all times. The performances were very professional and took us through a history of multiple islands of the south pacific which I appreciated very much! There was a lovely sweet moment of true love (which I won't spoil for you) that the entire group celebrated which made the experience more special and proved the point of why being in Hawaii meant happiness, kindness and LOVE. When I come back to Hawaii, I will be visiting a Malu Production Luau again as I couldn't get enough. One of the best shows in Hawaii. I attended the Hale Koa Luau and let me tell you this is a phenomenal show. It is conveniently located in Waikiki at the Hale Koa Hotel in the gardens which is just steps away from the beach. Upon arrival you are greeted and offered a lei and a fresh cocktail (maitai). Then you have the option to take photos with the performers and they also do some engaging displays for you too - like lei making, coconut tree climbing and etc. The food is good. You'll have an assortment of bbq chicken, kalua pig, lomi salmon, guava coconut cake.. the luau usuals. But what really is outstanding about this show is the entertainment. Plus Glenn Medeiros is the emcee. If you don't know who he is he is a Kauai native who in high school won a talent competition and went on to become a national recording artist. He also sings during the show too. The performers are all beautiful and handsome, you can tell they truly love what they do. The music is wonderful and this show also has a patriotic theme. It is very colorful, entertaining and robust with polynesian entertainment. Very authentic. One of my favorite performances in Waikiki and you leave feeling really gratified! read more

My family and I can't say enough wonderful things about Ka Moana Luau. The place has an amazing views and absolutely gorgeous. Upon entering the place, we were greeted by friendly staffs who offered us drinks and welcomed us with beautiful leis. You will get your pictures taken and we're so happy to be able to bring this memory back home with us. The Emcee was very professional and has a good sense of humor which made the show very entertaining. The Musicians are amazing as well. The dancers are very talented. They danced with pride, grace and smile on their faces. We were even amazed to watch young performers as young as 10 years old perform fire dancing. The whole performance was top notch! Through this Luau, we had learned so much about the culture, the people and the land of Hawaii. The food was delicious. Even my children had an amazing time and they were able to enjoy dancing at the show. Overall, we are very pleased and we enjoyed every minute of this Luau. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. As a local, I've been to my fair share of luaus but the Aloha Kai Luau at Sea Life Park stands out as something truly special. We came to celebrate a coworker's birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings we've had in a long time. The location is absolutely breathtaking, set right off the shore with ocean views and the iconic cliffs of Makapu'u in the background. The natural beauty alone creates a stunning atmosphere, but the hospitality and energy of the entire team took the night to the next level. The hula dancers were phenomenal so graceful, passionate, and expressive. Each performance was rich with meaning and tradition, and you could feel the pride they took in sharing Hawaiian culture. The fire dancers were amazing too! Whether you're visiting the islands or have lived here your whole life, Aloha Kai Luau is a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion. We recently went to the Aloha Kai luau in celebration of my 2 brothers' birthday along with my husband's birthday. My 2 brothers haven't been to a luau in over 40 years. They were both amazed. They learned a lot and loved the knowledge of each culture of Polynesia. My husband and I loved every part of the luau. From the entrance greetings and the way from the costumes, music, and food. Everybody loved the fire dance. Excellent job to the guys. The hula dancing along with the music, they were amazed, speechless. They loved all of the costumes that were worn by the performers. We liked how each cast performers were doing their job with a smile. Would highly recommend this to all of our ohana and friends. Malu, You own it, and you rock it well!! I have visited Hawaii four times over the last 3 years and this was my first time at the Kai Luau. The experience was nothing short of unforgettable! As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted with inviting faces, a lei around your neck and an awesome photo op. When you get into the park area, there are activities everywhere!!! I cannot say enough about the kind, inviting spirits of everyone who works here. The dinner is yummy traditional Hawaiian food. The performance was totally unforgettable and takes you through the Polynesian Islands. I loved hearing all of the history and culture, and the performers were incredible. My family took a vacation to Hawaii for the first time recently and this Luau was everything! Registration was very easy and the location was great; you could see the sunset, water, mountains, and stars. The food was delicious and gave us a real taste of authentic Hawaiian cuisine. Being from the mainland but having family on the island, they are always raving about this Luau, so i always recommend all my friends and family who are new to the island to go to Ka Moana. Aloha Kai Luau was such a blast! From the moment we got there, the vibes were amazing and everyone was so welcoming. 10/10 for sure!! The luau was amazinggg, it's a great visual representation of the many different cultures. You get to watch the 3rd fastest coconut tree climber, a variety of dances, and you can even make ur own headbands made out of the coconut tree leaves! A great experience! The performances were all amazing and loved the different cultures and how they talked about the different islands and incorporated that into the show! All the performers were very kind and especially nice if they come over and pick you to dance (Don't worry they provide great instruction and help you feel comfortable!)
