We held our son's 3rd birthday here, purchasing the premium party package. For the price you get everything they advertise, decorated when you arrive, setup/cleanup, and more! Our daughter's 2nd birthday was also a hit! We did the basic party package this time, as I already had all the decor and treats ordered. Emily reached out and offered to leave a couple things that were left from a previous party which was so kind. The coffee bar was open for both parties so parents could grab a brew. Love the play space - tons of Montessori, pretend, and open-ended play toys! So much room to just sit and watch the kids, while not having a concern that they could be injured. Thank you ladies!! Customer service was 1000000% every time we walk into your location!!!

However, there were a couple of concerns that stood out. The lighting, especially toward the back, was very dim, which made it harder to keep an eye on everything and didn't feel the cleanest. Unfortunately, all of our kids ended up getting sick afterward, which makes us question how well the facility is being cleaned and maintained. It has good potential because the kids enjoyed themselves, but better lighting and stronger cleaning practices would make a big difference.

You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. They had a good time playing, but the six-year-old did twist her ankle a bit. I purchased the 90 minute play pass and three pairs of socks and it came to $84. I kept looking for people who worked there and I only saw one other male teen walking around briefly and then start working behind the snack counter. My oldest granddaughter said there was one person watching the dodgeball area, but that was it. I think they do need more people that watch for infractions of the rules because those infractions tend to get other kids hurt. Also, some kids took over play areas and were on specific cloth swings for a whole hour when their rules when you sign in specifically say not to do that. I would say that the place is more suited for ages 10 and up because there were even quite a few teens there. Also, no one is really rotating the people out for the shorter play passes so the amount of kids just keeps getting larger.
