Once you're in and past the bar, the place is massive; there are booths to sit in and high tables with stools, if you look up the ceiling must be at least 50ft high. They have live music every night, and it's surprisingly good - so good in fact that my friends and I thought it was a CD playing until we clocked the band on the stage. Our server explained how to the Sunday roast ordering worked. We watched the kitchen work, while we waited for our meals. Our Sunday roast meals came with medium rare beef roast, crispy on the outside and creamy soft inside potatoes, carrots, cabbage, a head of roasted garlic, a very large deeply browned Yorkshire pudding, and the most delicious gravy in a small pot. Every drop of that gravy was eaten. I think that the Yorkshire pudding exists to be a vehicle for the gravy. I really did not need any dessert after all that food. But we wanted to share an ice cream. We asked what was clotted cream ice cream. The server explained that the ice cream is made with clotted cream, which has a fat content of 60% and there's no other flavoring. It is not a common ice cream flavor. So that's what we had. The tiny beads of fat in the ice cream was very interesting. It had a sweet cream flavor. The ambiance was upscale with a lot of wood on the walls and furnishings. But at least on Sundays, we saw a lot of families and friend gatherings and did not seem exclusive.

The pie was hearty, flavorful, and packed with tender steak in a flaky pastry crust. A special shoutout to Logan, who did a fantastic job balancing both serving and bartending alongside another hardworking team member.
