When labs were redone the office didn't even run them because "insurance wouldn't cover it since labs were already done that year and they didn't think she would want" didn't even ask. Although ovarian cancer doesn't show up on routine labs more should have been done. I am aware the signs of ovarian cancer are common symptoms BUT as a doctor you should check all your boxes before sending someone off. If this would've been caught earlier my mom may very well still be alive.

I told the doctor I was considering a home birth but wasn't sure since I'm 35. The Ultrasound tech said there was a tiny spot of old blood in the uterus that she wouldnt even say anything about but wanted me to know in case I had some mild dark spotting. She said I could come back in two weeks to confirm it was gone in a follow up ultrasound. I did not have any spotting and when the time came near to return for the follow up, I called the nurse and let her know I wanted to decline the follow up ultrasound (which went along with seeing the doctor to discuss it I guess). A week later, I got a certified mailed letter terminating me as a patient because I canceled my appointment and because I "have decided on a home birth". My preferred doctor was not available for these appointments and I made them under pressure. I never even saw my preferred provider to discuss the home birth choice and now I never will I guess because she has terminated me as a patient. After ten years. Incredible. I had a horrible experience delivering my first child with Roswell OBGYN and that's why I was considering a home birth. The standards of practice are intrusive and the staff are condescending, rude, and do anything BUT trust a mothers instincts. The doctors have the worst bedside manner possible and the wait times are ridiculous. Women, do not give this practice your time and money. They see you as a number and a check box to mark off their list.

They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.

While I…read moreunderstand policies around cancellations, it feels harsh that they refuse to see us even if we're just five minutes late--especially when dealing with a sick child. Arriving early doesn't help either, as we're made to wait or even turned away. What's worse is not being told in advance that our child will be seen by a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. That kind of information should be shared upfront. Overall, the lack of flexibility and empathy makes this a very difficult place for parents. I hope they consider being more understanding toward families in stressful situations.

This office is nothing shiny or fancy to the eye, but the team here is incredible and will care for your littles as if they were their own and that's all that matters in my book! Six months in, and we have only had quality care. We never feel rushed, pressured, or judged. We do always try to schedule appointments way in advance to ensure we are able to see Dr. Boudreaux every visit, however, the other nurse practitioners are great as well. They will also always do their best to see you same day for more serious concerns outside of scheduled wellness check ups which I really appreciate.

Over the last 6 months I have started having this stomach issue. I'm still unsure what triggers it. I thought it was foods high in fat, then I thought it was eating late, then I thought fried foods, then I thought eating out because it didn't hurt during lent (and I gave up eating out) and now I think it's if I have coffee two days in a row. I have these episodes for three hours in the evening or they wake me up at night and I am in super intense pain. On an earlier review I mentioned one doctor told me I was pregnant and referred me to an OBGYN. That doctor was fine, but thought it was my gall bladder and wanted me to have this super expensive test that tested the functioning of my gall bladder only... which I didn't want to do because I didn't think it was that. Anyway, I went to Dr. Anderson because I saw that he was listed as a DO. I just wanted someone to sincerely listen to my issue and make a recommendation. I didn't mind going on a juice cleanse for a year. Whatever. I just wanted a recommendation before a doctor was like, "oh, nice to meet you, there is a baby in your belly", or, "how about we bill your insurance and you give me $600 and then we can chat". I called Dr. Anderson's office and got a same day appointment which was really surprising to me since I was a new patient. I went in and the staff was very friendly and competent. Dr. Anderson and a med student listened to me and discussed potential issues. He made a dietary shift recommendation. I went back about 10 days later, because my issue had not changed. He continued to listen and discuss my issue and recommended that I see a specialist. I also thought that was a much better recommendation from what I had heard before. So, Dr. Anderson will now be my primary care doctor. I definitely recommend.
