I was already on progesterone and testosterone but transferred my gynecological…read morecare to Complete a few months ago, thinking since they concentrate on just gyno care (not also ob) they would be helpful in everything post-menopause. My first visit was thorough and delightful--I was told the increased levels of hormones they prescribed and adding estrogen was going to protect my heart, brain and bones and help me lose some of my menopause weight. I came for my follow up and she did not have record in front of her that I had previously been on any hormones, so I had to start over explaining. She was short and did not follow up with the pelvic floor therapy she had told me she would find out about for me. Yellow flag. The kicker: this week, after being 6 years post-menopause, I started heavy dark brown bleeding. I had fallen the day before and was very worried this bleeding was related. I was scared and called, was transferred to the nurse's line--she never called me back. I ended up in Urgent Care who sent me to ER. After the stress and expense of that I was released--hours and many tests later they no idea what was going on. The next day I called and left another voicemail for the nurse, saying I wanted help, for somebody to tell me how to wean myself off these hormones. Never heard back. Later that day I started a "normal" period! I called yet again on Friday morning , this time to leave a voicemail message with the front desk that I wanted a medical professional to call me. I did not hear back. I have never in my life been treated this way by a medical facility, I cannot even believe it. There is absolutely no excuse.

I was a new patient to the practice and she examined me and suggested a hysterectomy for minor fibroids that I had for years. I religiously had GYN visits for the last 10 years and had been tracking the fibroids. To have someone tell me they grew that much within 12 months sounded incredulous so I had a second opinion. As expected, I did not need a hysterectomy. Of course, I never went back. BEWARE! Also the AC was broken and they offered me water from a urine sample cup. Of course I said no thank you. Just an unprofessional practice all around. I was never so degraded by a healthcare practice in my life. I have happily moved on to a REAL GYN doctor.

I've been a patient at Roswell OBGYN for over ten years. I'm pregnant with my third child and…read moreconfirmed my pregnancy there in late December with a 7 week ultrasound. I told the doctor I was considering a home birth but wasn't sure since I'm 35. The Ultrasound tech said there was a tiny spot of old blood in the uterus that she wouldnt even say anything about but wanted me to know in case I had some mild dark spotting. She said I could come back in two weeks to confirm it was gone in a follow up ultrasound. I did not have any spotting and when the time came near to return for the follow up, I called the nurse and let her know I wanted to decline the follow up ultrasound (which went along with seeing the doctor to discuss it I guess). A week later, I got a certified mailed letter terminating me as a patient because I canceled my appointment and because I "have decided on a home birth". My preferred doctor was not available for these appointments and I made them under pressure. I never even saw my preferred provider to discuss the home birth choice and now I never will I guess because she has terminated me as a patient. After ten years. Incredible. I had a horrible experience delivering my first child with Roswell OBGYN and that's why I was considering a home birth. The standards of practice are intrusive and the staff are condescending, rude, and do anything BUT trust a mothers instincts. The doctors have the worst bedside manner possible and the wait times are ridiculous. Women, do not give this practice your time and money. They see you as a number and a check box to mark off their list.

I never have to wait long at all upon arrival and check in for my appointments, and I am always able to see my midwife during the weeks she is at this location. All of the midwives, nurses, and front desk staff are incredibly kind and warm, and I never feel rushed or ignored. Everything feels clean, organized, and I always leave feeling more informed and prepared for my next visit and stage of pregnancy. Parking is free, and they are located right off the second floor in building 1800 - very easy to find.

I thought I would love this place…read more After my first appointment, which had a few flaws that I overlooked, I received a hand written letter signed by all the nurses and I thought, "I'm going to be coming here for as long as I can." But I guess good things don't last that long because I went in for a second time to get some blood work done. It was a Friday. Both of the nurses drawing my blood let me know that I would get my results on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I get no call. So I call at 4 o'clock an hour before they close and I was told over the phone that I would definitely get my results on Wednesday..fine Wednesday. At this point though I've waited (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Talk about anxiety, these test results are literally life changing). So Wednesday, the BIG DAY,and still..no call. So I call once in the morning 9am (since I was told I'd definitely have my results today) and no answer. I'm sent to the nurses voicemail, where I left a voicemail and the voicemail says that "if placing a call before 4pm it will definitely get returned." And here it is 4pm and still no call so I call again on this Wednesday, sent to voicemail, leave a voicemail and nothing. I'm at work when at 5:26 I missed their call and I get a voicemail saying that all blood work takes 2-7 days to complete, but they have two of my results done and to call tomorrow to confirm I have received that voicemail. So on Thursday I call! And what do you know..sent to voicemail, left a voicemail, no one ever returned my calls. As of today, it's officially been 8 business days (12 days including weekends) of pure anxiety and stress because I can't get a call back or a straight answer. I didn't ask them to make my results top priority, or even urgent. All I'm saying is if on the original Friday I was told lab work would take 2-7 days there wouldn't have been a problem. But instead I was lied to several times and now being ignored. I'm upset more than anything but I don't know how else to let them know what they did to me and how it's affected me. Will not be back.
