After I filled out the paperwork since I was a new patient, I was quickly whisked into a room to be seen. Dr. Strachan listened to everything I had to say and did a very thorough check-up. His technology seems to be very up to date (getting x-rays with him was a breeze). He was not rough and I wasn't in any pain throughout my entire teeth cleaning. He was very professional and had given me tips on things to look out for (I naturally don't have wisdom teeth on my lower jaw and he told me the wisdom teeth, although not impacted, may start to come down over time). I felt like he took a genuine interest in my health and am happy to be his patient!

His assistants seem to be dentists in training, nice kids, very conscientious. My previous dentist tried to get me to replace every filling in my mouth, which, I'm pretty sure, had more to do with increasing his revenue stream than it did with advancing my dental health. Dr. Strachan isn't like that. He isn't trying to sell me anything. He's just doing what needs to be done and doing it well. And that's exactly what you want from a dentist, right?

Anywho, new insurance, new dentist. Making an appointment via phone was seamless. When I walked in for my appointment on a Saturday afternoon (Saturday appointments? yes, SUPER bonus), I was instantly and warmly greeted by the receptionist. After filing out the welcome packet of info, I was promptly taken to the back area by a hygienist to complete x-rays. The facility is impeccably clean and modern. As the hygienist took my x-rays, there was a huge screen in front of my chair where I could actually see my x-rays. I've never been to a dentist that did that. My last place didn't even let you see the photos unless you asked. The hygienist was kind and gentle and explained to me each step along the way about which side and areas she would be taking x-rays of. Upon completion, I asked her about the things I saw on the x-rays; she explained what they were so simply. Following x-rays, another staff member greeted me so kindly, introduced her self, let me know Dr. Langer would be with me shortly, then setting up his tools. Dr. Langer himself, is so awesome! Not only was he thorough but he's informative. I could just tell that he's not in the profession just for the money, he's big on healthy teeth and customer satisfaction. I'm so pleased with my visit. I received an excellent cleaning and referral for braces. I can't wait to return in 6 months and recommend to others. If you are in need of a dentist, don't hesitate to visit Dr. Langer!

I was apprehensive going to my revised pandemic cleaning appointment a few days ago since it was…read morenot an emergency procedure. I decided to go since unhealthy teeth leads to other serious health issues. After arriving to the office I was immediately put to ease. Dr. Langer took every precaution for the safety of his patients to his staff. I immediately felt completely at ease. The precautions taken for the Coronavirus safety protected everyone from the moment I walked-in to the end of my procedure. The following was what I noticed... -Front reception desk area is shielded with protective pexiglass. -You are asked to use the supplied hand sanitizer on the counter and supplied latex gloves. -Wait seating area only allowed for 3 patrons separated by recommended guidelines. -Staff are wearing their protective gear in the procedure rooms. -Dr. Langer has his N95 mask and face shield. He is using a newly acquired hepa bacterial filtered air machine with a large diameter suction tube placed next to the patient. It helped to effectively capture any droplets of oral excretion as well as scrubbing the air in the room. I felt completely safe and recommend everyone to not put off taking care of their oral health. We live in a new world. Until the discovery of a vaccine life does not stop. If everyone does their part we will remain safe and healthy. Dr. Langer did his part. Kudos! Btw...Dr. Langer was suited in a pink medical apron during my visit. Lol. This was due to the gear he was able obtain at the present moment. Safety first. Colors last. As long as it protects!

I opted to go with adult braces, as I did not have the discipline for Invisalign. Dr. Dayan explained throughly what needed to done, he provided a realistic time from for my treatment, and also had back up treatment options in case one way didn't work. Dr. Dayan and his entire staff right up to reception are great! They're patient, kind and I never have to wait too long to be seen and serviced. I was a little hesitant about getting adult braces, but after my sisters said to give Dr. Dayan a shot, I did and I don't regret it one bit! I have had many dentists telling me that I needed implants to replace the missing molars for various reasons but it wasn't until 4 years later on March 2022 when Best Dental helped me with my first dental surgery and getting me started on the restoration for my dental health. Two days before surgery, Dr. Rizk started his treatment plan and medication to put me on my best foot forward for surgery. On the morning of my surgery I was still very nervous and expecting a lot of pain. The surgery lasted about 1 hour, and in that hour I can tell you the only pain I felt was from the anesthesia needle in the beginning. After the surgery I continued to feel normal and it was amazing! Aside from some swelling and slight pain the recovery process was easy and I was even able to chew on solid food the same night after my surgery. I decided to take the plunge during COVID-19 lockdown and am thrilled that I finally did. Beyond having a professional, friendly staff and an immaculate office, Dr. Halabi is just an obviously kind person. Being at his office feels a lot like walking into your cousin's house during Thanksgiving--everyone's super friendly (but professional) and you immediately feel welcomed each time. When wait times occurred, they were extremely minimal, and Dr. Halabi always made himself available to answer any questions I had about the process. I never told him that I have a low-key fear of dentists and orthodontists because it just never came up! I always felt like I was in good hands with the doctor and every tech. Lastly, the quality of the straightening was outstanding. I walked in with teeth looking a bit like broken piano keys and now I feel like they could be in a magazine. I simply can't recommend Dr. Halabi enough.
