Zero idea how he has so many 5 stars. Absolutely butchered our tree & even admitted to it. We paid Scott $525 to literally butcher and make our tree ugly. Just needed trimming... TRIMMING not BUTCHERED. Left it lopsided! My upset husband contacted him to come back and TRY to fix the damage literally pointing out which branches needed to go. I stayed inside because I was so angry & disappointed about this that when Scott came back I refused to speak to him. It's so very ugly, so very unhappy. So if you want bare looking trees, hire Scott. The agreement: trim the branches going over to the neighbor's yard & dead branches. Thin out a few branches and then trim The bottom 8' straight across to look clean and neat. I can't even begin to tell u how terribly terribly ugly this is. He did not offer a discount, he offered to come plant another tree for free. Scott, you won't be invited back to our property. So so disappointed. $525 to pay you to ruin our beautiful tree was absurd. read more

Recently had a tree drop a branch across a fence on my property. Scott Mallory is top notch. He responded quickly and did an expert job. He advised removing the tree, since it had been struck by lightning in the past and was likely to fall. His quote was very reasonable and he got the job done like a pro. Scott, the owner really knows his stuff. I had some dead trees, a thorny shrub that volunteered and a beautiful tree that had an extra trunk, actually a sucker, and the tree had taken over the yard. He cleaned up the yard within the day, even pruning and cleaning up another shrub and two trees. They cleaned up the debris perfectly. I highly recommend Mallory Tree and Ornamental Yard. read more

Being new in this community, I depend on Yelp for competitive quotes...Welp, they sure came thru when I sent out a request for a tree specialist. Scott ( owner) reached out within an hour and offered to discuss my tree situation that very evening. He came by the next day, made some great suggestions over and above the trees I wanted taken out and offered a very reasonable quote.. Also, while the other tree people weren't available for 4-6 weeks, Scott made time that week.....and the results are gorgeous! I live in a very active HOA, so I wasn't surprised when people stopped by to mention the beautiful trimming of my very overgrown Choke Cherry trees! The day of, they started promptly after re-confirming the scope of work and even noticing a couple minor things that ought to be cleared which they did without any extra cost from the original estimate.
