He messaged me about 9 minutes after his scheduled arrival time from another job 20 minutes away to tell me he was running late. He arrive almost an hour later than my scheduled appointment time. Then, he added $5 to his quoted price and left grass clippings all over my back porch and in the street in front of my house. Especially when he claimed to be giving me a veteran's discount. TRIMMING not BUTCHERED. Left it lopsided! My upset husband contacted him to come back and TRY to fix the damage literally pointing out which branches needed to go. I stayed inside because I was so angry & disappointed about this that when Scott came back I refused to speak to him. It's so very ugly, so very unhappy. So if you want bare looking trees, hire Scott. The agreement: trim the branches going over to the neighbor's yard & dead branches. Thin out a few branches and then trim The bottom 8' straight across to look clean and neat. I can't even begin to tell u how terribly terribly ugly this is. He did not offer a discount, he offered to come plant another tree for free. Scott, you won't be invited back to our property. So so disappointed. $525 to pay you to ruin our beautiful tree was absurd.
