In addition to a candy store, B.A. has an ice cream shop and mini golf. Both the ice cream shop and mini golf are very cute. Unlike the candy, the ice cream is very reasonably priced. 3-something bucks for a big scoop of ice cream and 2-something bucks for a "kiddie" sized cone, though my friends and I all agreed that the "kiddie" size was definitely more than suitable for an adult, lol. I got a scoop of the blueberry ice cream, and it was rich and creamy. Was filled with lots of actual blueberries and made for a nice, cool sweet treat on an unusually warm October day. The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the vibes of the ice cream shop. Lots of cute touches like swings for seating and the tables being covered with paper that you can draw on with crayons.

It is truly a dream for a child. I was able to find unique flavors of cow tails for my son. It was hard to believe, but the day before Halloween was not too busy. Parking was easy. They have a large parking lot. Checking out is very efficient. The prices are reasonable and staff were helpful. Truthfully I could have spend hours looking at every kind of candy they had. Very fun visit!

A cute chocolate shop!…read more I ordered the Dubai strawberry cup ($15), and it was absolutely scrumptious! The cup was packed with strawberries and milk chocolate. On top were kataifi (those crispy shredded things) and on the bottom was pistachio cream. Both the milk chocolate and pistachio cream were sweet and rich, but the tartness of the strawberries helped make the dessert feel not too heavy. I totally devoured the cup and enjoyed every bite. I just wish there were multiple layers of pistachio cream and kataifi throughout the cup instead of the pistachio cream being all on the bottom and the kataifi being all on the top. A little expensive at $15 a cup, but pretty typical for Dubai chocolate things in the area. Mostly a takeout spot but there are a few tables if you want to enjoy your chocolate before it starts melting in the late summer heat.

In this store in Cleveland, I saw their chocolates (e.g., truffles, clusters, caramels, meltaways, creams, and barks), fudges, candied apples, chocolate-covered strawberries, cookies, candies, ice creams, and even dog treats. Initially, only one employee was serving customers, and a long line of us were waiting for many minutes. This employee called out for a colleague to assist, and she came out to serve us. It's been really good for finding nostalgic and more difficult to find things as well as gifts/ stocking stuffers. They have chocolate and assorted candies as well as a case of confections. The moment we walked in, my teenage son looked around and said, "It looks like Candy Crush exploded in here!" Honestly, that was the perfect description. The décor is bright, colorful, and fun everywhere you look, pure happiness from the walls and ceiling to the whimsical chandeliers. The whole place feels vibrant, cheerful, and incredibly welcoming. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to stay awhile. One thing that really stood out was the large seating area, which would be perfect for birthday parties or group gatherings. There was so much to look at, and the atmosphere alone made the visit worthwhile. The selection was impressive. In addition to countless ice cream flavors, they offer specialty sundaes, waffles, sweet treats, and even a little shop area with candy and toys. We sampled a few flavors before deciding on Cookie Dough Cookie, Chocolate Oreo Cookie and a Coffee Bean, and all three were delicious. The only downside is that some of the larger specialty sundaes are a bit pricey, but the quality, portions, and overall experience help justify the cost. If you're looking for a fun, unique ice cream destination that's as much about the experience as the dessert, Sloan's is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back!
