This place needs better management and more professionalism. Have some standards. If you are a daycare, you should be a welcoming safe emotional space for new employees who need training. I know 2 people who work here who have both said these direct quotes about their experience there. Toxic work environment, some people should not be around kids. It might be fun for your kids to go here, but parents think about what you are supporting when you send your kid here. If you are about people, this place isn't it. Gigi is very knowledgeable about child behavior and development stages, she helped us (first time parents) to go through terrible two without stress. There was no bitting, screaming and tantrum period was short and relatively easy. They are a family oriented and adjust to your personal needs. When our second son was born, Gigi taught boys what it means to be a family, and created a strong bond between them. Since this is a mixed age group, younger kids naturally develop skills faster interacting with older peers, while older kids learning to be gentle with babies. As far as academics, they follow preschool programs and teach ABCs, numbers, shapes, working on scissors and glue...you name it. We don't speak English at home, so I can definitely tell boys developed their communication skills and academics at Gigi. In addition they teach Spanish too. Overall it was a great experience and I can't be more grateful to Gigi for her help!

Interact! Supervise! Talk to them! They were totally ignoring the children so they could use their social media accounts. I saw it with my own 2 eyes. This was a major turn off for me, completely unacceptable. I also felt that the manager and some of the staff were communicating and acting inappropriatly in front of the children. It wasn't anything that would have required the authorities to be called, but in my opinion, they were not being professional or good role models for the kids. Save the socializing and risqué talk for after work. Obviously, I would never in a million years put my kids in here after what I saw. In fact, my wife's employer offered us free days here and we preferred to pay out of pocket at a more nurturing and professional preschool. This place is terrible. Parents beware!
