An extremely congested and crammed daycare, with a bunch of mostly indifferent teachers…read more After we moved in from IL, I decided to enroll my daughter here as it appeared to be a safe option given the reputation of BH. During the 8 months my daughter was here, my experience ranged from frustration to extreme anger on an ongoing basis. Firstly, despite assurance of a 1:7 ratio, I often noticed a teacher alone with about 10-15 kids, in a bedroom size room. I rarely noticed a teacher completely engaged with a child. There certainly were a few teachers who were genuinely good and caring, but I thought, given the space and ratio constraints, it was almost impossible for a teacher to pay personal attention to an individual child and strike a rapport, which I feel is the most essential element of a quality daycare. Another aspect of my disappointment stems from the quality of education. Despite the high and lofty ideals advertised in the marketing materials. My 3yo daughter, who could count until 20, say all the alphabets, and was on the path to being fully potty trained, began regressing backwards in just a few months after joining this center. In the end, she could hardly count to 8, lost all interest in spelling, and started to have potty accidents 2-3 times a day. The center did not care despite my several complaints, and once the director even shrugged saying these things happen. Almost everyday when I dropped off my daughter, I had a deep pain in my heart for having to let her go through this. I let her stay there for 8 mo because I was helpless due to my job situation. She moved out, as soon as I had a first chance. For parents considering this daycare, I would recommend that you visit this center once or twice and evaluate it yourself. It will be hard not to notice the red flags. Best of luck with your little one.

They provided good service, love, patient and nice food. my kids never had diaper rashes and the most important, my son, K-3, started to learn maths, English and arts etc. He enjoyed all his birthday celebration there, left so much good memories at Moe's place. i was so in touched while watching videos of my son's progress. Now, my second kid started her journey here and they are the best companions as siblings. I would highly recommend this daycare and please enjoy your children's growth at Moe's learning center. For starters, the facility is clean and inviting, but the staff and teachers make this place go round. Jade and Tarika are incredible directors. They are always available for a chat - about both good things and concerns - and take the time to get to know each child. They are also extremely vigilant about when a child might be sick, which I appreciate. Additionally, they are responsive via email. I know that if I have a quick question, they are ready, willing and able to help. Lastly, our son loves his teacher, Miss Gia! He has never cried once when we drop him off and a huge smile comes onto his face when we walk into his room! The kids are kept busy (we love the art projects that come home!) and are cared for well. All of the teachers there have really impressed me. Now really the last thing - there's an app that we follow along with each day. It logs everything that is going on with our child, which for a parent, is a god-send. And there are cute pictures sent throughout the day. The directors and teachers are excellent with the kids, the cameras and app make keeping track of their progress and milestones a breeze. Having only had my children in the care of a nanny up until their placement at APLH, I was concerned about the 1:1 attention and their individual needs being met in a group setting and my expectations were exceeded infinitely. I could truly go on and on about our experience there but the directors are incredible--efficient, thoughtful, and loving to say the least. The staff is so warm and welcoming and made the transition seamless for my family. The facility is immaculate and full to the brim of engaging activities and developmentally appropriate toys. I loved receiving updates on their day, having the opportunity to celebrate holidays with APLH, and the ease of messaging back and forth with the teachers whenever I needed to. This franchise could not place my daughter in any of their other locations. Communication was not great, and the lack of empathy shocked me. My daughter who has special needs has been severely affected by this, every morning she gets up and tries to dress herself to "go to school". I am also still waiting for a refund since my daughter has not been placed and or not attending. Please do better, families are affected by poor management.
