An extremely congested and crammed daycare, with a bunch of mostly indifferent teachers…read more After we moved in from IL, I decided to enroll my daughter here as it appeared to be a safe option given the reputation of BH. During the 8 months my daughter was here, my experience ranged from frustration to extreme anger on an ongoing basis. Firstly, despite assurance of a 1:7 ratio, I often noticed a teacher alone with about 10-15 kids, in a bedroom size room. I rarely noticed a teacher completely engaged with a child. There certainly were a few teachers who were genuinely good and caring, but I thought, given the space and ratio constraints, it was almost impossible for a teacher to pay personal attention to an individual child and strike a rapport, which I feel is the most essential element of a quality daycare. Another aspect of my disappointment stems from the quality of education. Despite the high and lofty ideals advertised in the marketing materials. My 3yo daughter, who could count until 20, say all the alphabets, and was on the path to being fully potty trained, began regressing backwards in just a few months after joining this center. In the end, she could hardly count to 8, lost all interest in spelling, and started to have potty accidents 2-3 times a day. The center did not care despite my several complaints, and once the director even shrugged saying these things happen. Almost everyday when I dropped off my daughter, I had a deep pain in my heart for having to let her go through this. I let her stay there for 8 mo because I was helpless due to my job situation. She moved out, as soon as I had a first chance. For parents considering this daycare, I would recommend that you visit this center once or twice and evaluate it yourself. It will be hard not to notice the red flags. Best of luck with your little one.

They really give so much personal attention to the kids. My little one definitely learns things there that we, as new parents, weren't even thinking about. They helped her walk, drink out of a sippy cup, and interact so well with other kids. We went to bright horizons first, and don't get me wrong, they are great, but so expensive, the kids are separated by age and therefore the babies aren't around a lot of more advanced kiddos so might not have as many opportunities to learn. Definitely check them out!

Our son spent a year in the Pre-K class before entering Kindergarten and our toddler daughter is still there. It has done wonders for both of their socialization and learning skills and helped our daughter make up so much lost time from what she missed during the first 6 months of being home bound in COVID. The directors and teachers are excellent with the kids, the cameras and app make keeping track of their progress and milestones a breeze. We already miss all of the shared information and access having our son in Kindergarten. HIGHLY recommended.

As a first time mom going back to work, I was a nervous wreck thinking about leaving my baby everyday. However, from the very beginning, the entire team has gone above and beyond to support our daughter and our family. They have been incredibly accommodating with schedule changes, thoughtful and patient through food-related challenges, and always willing to answer the endless questions that come with being a new parent. The care, attention, and love they give each child is truly exceptional. Our daughter is so happy there, and seeing her open the classroom door eachday with a smile and hug the teachers tells us everything we need to know. She has formed beautiful relationships with both her teachers and her friends; that means the world to us. What stands out the most is how genuinely invested they are in her well-being and development. They know her, celebrate her, teach her, comfort her, and help her grow. We always feel informed, supported, and included as parents. Trusting someone else with your baby is one of the hardest things a parent can do. Before becoming a Gardens daycare family, I never imagined I could feel this level of confidence and peace of mind. We trust them implicitly. We are endlessly grateful for the incredible teachers who have become such an important part of our village. They mean so much to our family, and we recommend Gardens wholeheartedly.

I saw Flyers for this daycare and took a tour and I was amazed at everything they provide for the kids! I felt heard and seen as a person AND a mother despite my age I signed my kid up and I was surprised the paperwork wasn't just emergency contacts and such. These people want to know your kid as an individual! I was worried about the transition to a new area, but they introduced their dog Coco! Coco is such a sweetheart with the kids and Coco helped my son transition so well! Our child has been enrolled in over 3 years now and tells us that they would love to go during the weekends. Alex is also very caring and helpful during all hours and days of the week. They have also supported us during stressful times, especially COVID. They stayed operational while other daycares closed for months. This was greatly needed, as we are full-time working parents and Alex and Mikey made us feel safe with leaving our child. We have no idea what we would have done if they had been closed. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. Love SCDC!!!

According to my experience, the director Alex is very professional and responsible on her work. I think She manages the daycare very well. My children both started from toddler and I'm very happy with the teachers here too. The children have breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack in the daycare. So I don't have to pack lunch for them. Also, they are less picky here than they are home. They learn letters, numbers and sciences during morning. After lunch, they take a nap. Usually their teachers spend a lot time and energy to sooth them so they can fall asleep (if you ever try to put a young child to sleep, you know what effort that takes). I really appreciate the teachers' patience. Generally speaking, I'm very happy with the daycare and highly recommend it to all my friends.

TLE was my son's first daycare and I think it will be his last because from what I can see now, I…read moredon't see us going anywhere else before he goes to school. My son started at TLE in July of 2019. He was 1.5 years then. By September, I was looking for other daycares and I was looking to move somewhere else where I can find better options. Why is that? Well, because the management, back then, had some communication problems. And there was a lot of turnover in the teachers and there was not much stability. The higher management though were so communicating and good at addressing my concerns. They hired a new manager. Also, almost most of the teachers who didn't meet the required level of expertise were changed. Now, I'm changing homes. One of my major requirements for the new home is to be close to TLE so my LO can go there until he goes to school. This is how much everything changed since few months ago. To be honest, since the first few weeks. I could see huge improvement and change in my LO behavior and skills. Because I was so lucky to have one the great teachers from the beginning. Ms Aly, who is one of the teachers who was there since the daycare opened, is very responsible, informative and attentive. she tries her best to make the kids and the family happy. My LO calls the daycare "Aly" because of how much he loves her. My son now moved up to a different class, and this was scary for me at the beginning but actually the teachers there are so great too. I hope TLE would continue on their high standards as I can see it now. Yes, sometimes small things still happen because nothing is flawless or perfect. But now you can see immediate actions and things keep getting better.
